定ブラケツトに固定の部分にその一端を、前記ア
ツパーコラムに固定の部分にその他端を、それぞ
れ係止し、前記アツパーコラムを最も上方に変位
させる事で、固定ブラケツトに固定の部分と前記
アツパーコラムに固定の部分との間で緊張するだ
けの長さを有する可撓性緊張部材と、一部に前記
固定側鉤部と係合自在な変位側鉤部を、前記可撓
性緊張部材に対向する部分に押圧部を、それぞれ
有し、前記固定ブラケツトに、回動及び若干の変
位自在に係止された変位ブラケツトと、強い力が
加わつた場合に前記アツパーコラムに向け軸方向
に亙つて変位するロアーコラムに固定の部分にそ

端部に向けて移動させようとする弾力を有するば
