    部に複数の独立した空間６，７，１９，２０，２
    １，２２を画成し得る複数のシール機構４１，４
    ３，Ｓ１〜Ｓ１１と、前記複数の空間６，７，１
    ９，２０，２１，２２の少なくとも１つの選択的
    に高圧エアを供給し得る高圧エア供給源Ａとを設
    けたことを特徴とする、シリンダヘツドの圧力洩
    れ検査装置。
