[Prior art] In apartment buildings, etc., as shown in Figure 5,
All PCs are installed between landings 1 and 2 on the upper and lower floors.
Concrete stairs are often constructed by spanning steps 3 made of boards. This means that in the case of apartment buildings, etc., the step height H is common to each building.
This is because the formwork for the stepped portion 3 made of PC board is reduced.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The construction method of the present invention spans the bottom plate formwork between the landings on the upper and lower floors, and forms it into a shape that roughly follows the slope of the stairs to be constructed between the landings. brackets are fixed at predetermined intervals to the stair frame, the stair frame is attached to the bottom plate formwork with at least the upper part exposed, brackets are fixed to the stair frame at predetermined intervals, and risers and risers are attached to each of these brackets. L-shaped cross section with a continuous tread surface
The method is characterized in that the PC tiers are fixed, and then concrete is placed on site in the space between these PC tiers and the bottom plate formwork. In this case, the bottom plate form may of course be made of a PC board, or a part of the stair frame may be embedded in the bottom plate form made of a PC board.

[Function] If the slope of the frame and the mounting pitch of the bracket are changed during assembly or on-site construction, the dimensions of the riser and the dimensions of the tread will change.

The frame is formed with a large slope curved at the high floor height of the staircase to be constructed, and is formed with a small slope curved at the low floor height, making it easy to respond to changes in floor height. In addition, since the brackets are easy to install, the workability of the stairs can be ensured regardless of changes in floor height.

In this construction method, first, a PC step plate indicated by the reference numeral 10 and a PC bottom plate indicated by 11 are made. As shown in FIG. 3, the PC step board 10 has an L-shaped cross section and has a riser portion 10a and a tread portion 10b connected thereto.

This PC tread 10 has a length corresponding to the width of the staircase to be constructed, the tread portion 10b is considerably narrower than the tread dimension W of the staircase to be constructed, and the riser portion 10a is the width of the staircase to be constructed. Riser dimension B
Form slightly larger. The reason why the dimensions of the riser portion 10a are increased is to provide an adjustment allowance. Further, a non-slip member 12 is attached from the tread portion 10b to the upper part of the riser portion 10a, and a bolt 13 is embedded in the inner surface of the riser portion 10a with its tip protruding.

In addition, the PC bottom plate 11 is just a flat plate,
When manufacturing this, two lengthwise channel members 14 are embedded in parallel at intervals during concrete pouring. This will become the stair frame, and half of it will be exposed on the concrete as shown in Figure 4. The channel material 14 is

Next, reinforcement is placed at predetermined locations, and some formwork is placed on the treads, etc., and then, as shown in FIG.
Concrete 18 is placed in the space between the PC bottom plate 11 and the PC step board 10 to complete the stairs. Note that the PC step board 10 is configured such that the surplus portion of the lower end of the riser portion 10a is buried in the poured concrete.

When performing construction as described above, the pitch for fixing the angle material 15 and the channel material 14 (in this case
By changing the slope of the bridge (integrated with the PC bottom plate 11), it is possible to flexibly respond to changes in floor height.
In other words, by forming the channel material 14 in a shape that roughly follows the slope of the stairs to be constructed, there is no need to manufacture special members for changes in floor height, and the installation of the angle material 15 can be done in the usual manner. Because it can be easily carried out by this method, it is easier to respond to changes in floor height and ensure the ease of constructing the stairs, compared to adjustment using formwork that requires molding to the desired shape. The construction efficiency of stairs with varying floor heights can be improved.

Furthermore, the parts that are manufactured using PC are the step boards 10 and the bottom board 11, which are easy to produce because they can be made into a constant shape regardless of changes in floor height.

Moreover, since the cast-in-place concrete 18 is simultaneously and continuously placed on the landing and the step, the integrity of the landing and the step is ensured. Furthermore, since cast-in-place concrete is placed on the landing, the level can be adjusted. The above effects can be obtained.

In the above embodiment, the channel material 14, which is an integral frame, is embedded in the PC bottom plate 11, but the channel material 14 may be attached after the PC bottom plate 11 is manufactured.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the stepped sections are completed into one unit at the stage of delivery to the site.
It can be assembled piece by piece on site. That is,
First, the PC bottom plate 11 is bridged, then the channel material 14 is bridged, and then the angle material 15 is fixed at a predetermined pitch, and the PC step board 10 is fixed. In this way, the procedure can be changed freely.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, the dimensions of the riser and the dimensions of the tread can be easily changed by changing the slope of the frame and the mounting pitch of the bracket during the assembly or construction stage. Therefore, it can flexibly respond to changes in floor height and has wide versatility. In other words, by forming the frame in a shape that roughly follows the slope of the stairs to be constructed, there is no need to make special members for changes in floor height, and the brackets can be easily installed using normal methods. This makes it easier to adapt to changes in floor height, as well as ensuring the ease of constructing the stairs, compared to adjustment using formwork, which requires molding to approximately the desired shape. It is possible to improve the construction efficiency of stairs where there are changes in the number of stairs. Additionally, the parts that are manufactured using PC are the tiers and bottom plates, which are easy to produce because they can be made into a constant shape regardless of changes in floor height.
