In general, although the measurement of the minimum inhibitory concentration using the dilution method provides highly accurate results, it requires a lot of time and effort, especially the need to separate a certain amount of the sample solution using a pipette, etc. Therefore, in actual inspection sites, the dilution method is avoided, and the simple disk method is currently often used.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has devised the present invention as a result of various studies in order to solve the above-mentioned difficulties of the dilution method and provide a liquid dispenser that can easily perform measurements using the dilution method. .

Reference numeral 1 denotes a container body, and its material may be synthetic resin, metal, etc., but synthetic resin is preferable from the viewpoint of molding and handling. This container body 1 has a plurality of compartments 4 formed therein by equally spaced partition plates 3 having cutouts forming open portions 2 at one end. The shape of the partition plate 3 may be any shape as long as it has an opening 2 at one end through which the sample liquid can flow, but the shape of the edge 3a between the opening 2 and the opening 2 may be It is preferable to have an inclined shape rather than a vertical one, and it is particularly advantageous for the edge 3a to have a sharp edge. The partition plates 3 may be arranged in parallel to each other at right angles to the sides of the container body 1 or obliquely. In addition, if the shape of the container 1 is a rectangular shape such as a triangle or square, there is a possibility that sample liquid may remain at the corners, so the shape of the container 1 is semi-cylindrical for convenience in pouring operation. is particularly advantageous.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a receptor formed on the side edge of the container 1, and the same material as that of the container 1 is used for the receptor. This receptor 5 has a plurality of receiving chambers 7 formed therein by a partition wall 6 corresponding to the partition plate 3 of the container body 1, and receives the sample liquid etc. divided into the plurality of divided chambers 4. The chamber 7 is adapted to receive aliquots. The shape of the receptor 5 does not matter, but due to the tilting operation using the container 1, the shape of the container 1 and the receptor 5
are connected in a bendable manner, and when bent, the container body 1 becomes the receptor 5.
It is desirable to have a form that serves as a lid body. receptor 5
Unlike vessel 1, it is better to use a rectangular body from the viewpoint of stability. In addition, 8 is receptor 5
A memo piece is formed on the short side edge, and is used to write down the drug name, etc., as appropriate.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, for example, when trying to divide a sample liquid into 10 equal parts, the dispenser of the present invention having 10 compartments is used, and a predetermined amount is injected into the dispenser. By simply holding it in a horizontal position, the sample liquid, etc. flows equally into each compartment 4 through the opening 2, so that liquid separation can be performed extremely quickly.

Moreover, if the above-mentioned receptors are installed in series, the sample liquid separated by the container can be reliably dispensed into the receptors simply by tilting, and can be used as is for subsequent tests, etc. be.

Therefore, by using the liquid dispenser of the present invention, it is extremely easy to measure the minimum inhibitory concentration using the dilution method, which has traditionally been avoided, and its practical effects are extremely large. .
