Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of timbers by superposing a ridge base and a plurality of ridge core members having wing parts, fixing them by a screw bar, providing a ventilation part between the ridge part and a roof board, and providing a baffle on a cover to prevent the penetration of rainwater. CONSTITUTION:Respective top plates of a ridge base 1 having a leg plate 2 and a plurality of ridge core members 9, 20, 30, 40 having respective wing parts for fixing flattened roof tiles K are provided with ventilation holes commonly used as screw bar 56 inserting holes. A ventilation gap G is provided between a roof board N and the ridge base 1. Baffles 53, 43a are provided on a cover member 50 and the ridge core member 40, and a spacer 50 having a baffle 57 is interposed between a crown roof tile C and the top flattened roof tile K. The members are fixed to a ridge piece W by the screw bar 56 to perform ventilation, and the penetration of rainwater at the time of a typhoon is prevented. Thus, a house can be made durable.

Conventionally, when attaching Noshi tiles to the ridge part, the method of dry roofing that did not use clay, etc. was shown in Fig. 59-290
There is something like the one shown in Publication No. 50. In this figure, a pile of clay C is piled up on top of the field board, and by inserting a hanging leg part f protruding downward from the approximately central lower surface of the receiving material d into the clay C, the field board of the ridge part a is A receiving material d for attaching a roof tile n is fixed to the top of the roof. Then, the tiles n are fixed to the chevron-shaped arc-shaped portion e and the Sasayama-shaped arc-shaped portion of the receiving material d, respectively.

Next, when wind and rain blows against the dry building A from the side, the wind and rain enters into the crown tile C through the narrow gap 61 formed between the bottom surface of the crown tile C and the top surface of the top tile. , and then the wing section 47 of the fourth ridge core member 40 through a course opposite to that during ventilation.
It reaches the lower part of the wing part 47 of the fourth center member 40 through the gap between the lower surface of the vertical baffle plate 48 and the upper surface of the tile below it. Here, the path of most of the wind and rain is blocked, and the rainwater inside falls onto the uppermost roof tile K and the wing section 38 of the third ridge core member 30 and is discharged to the outside. In addition, a part of the wind and rain passes through the many air holes 49 of the wing section 47 to the cover member 50.
The air enters the inside of the air hole 49 and its progress is stopped by the horizontal baffle plate 53 of the cover member 50 above the air hole 49 and the horizontal baffle plate 43a of the fourth center member 40, and falls onto the wing section 47. Rainwater that has fallen onto the wing section 47 falls from the numerous air holes 49 onto the uppermost roof tile K and the wing section 38 of the third center member 30 and is discharged to the outside. Therefore, rainwater does not enter into the ridge M through the long holes of each ridge member.

Next, as shown in FIG. 14(C), each end 71a of the two cover members 71 is placed Ii! on the top of the connecting member 74.
The connecting member 74 is placed in contact with the connecting member 74 near the center thereof. At this time, the legs 73 on both sides of the cover member 71 are fitted into the fitting grooves 86 on both sides of the connecting member 740, and the lower surface of the legs 73 is supported by the groove bottom plate 85. The lower surface of the portion 73 side is supported by the upper surfaces of the connecting member 740 and the support walls 83°83. In this state, after attaching the waterproof tape 94 to the upper part of both ends 71a, 71a, the threaded part of the screw 95 is passed through the small hole 87 of the outer plate 84 of the connecting member 74 and the waterproof tape 94, and then this threaded part is inserted. A screw hole 8 is provided in the outer wall 82 of the connecting member 74 by passing through a hole (not shown) made in the leg portion 73 of the cover member 71.
Screw in 8. In this way, the cover member 71 is sequentially fixed to the upper part of the fourth center member 62 by the screws 95 inserted into all the small holes 87 of the outer panel 84.

Next, the crown tiles C are arranged and placed on the upper part of the cover member 71, and the lower surface thereof is supported by the support part 90 of the spacer 89 (see FIG. 15).
It is the same as in the first embodiment that the dry ridge A1 is formed by being attached to the cover member 71.

In this dry ridge A1, each long hole 7 of the fourth ridge core member 62
As shown by the arrow in FIG. It descends through the gap formed by the inner surface of the leg part 73 of the member 71, enters the inside of the crown tile C through the gap between the lower end of the leg part 73 and the surface of the roof tile C, and further descends into the crown tile C. The air flows to the outside of the crown tile C through the gap 61 formed between the lower surface and the upper surface of the roof tile, so that the ridge M is ventilated.

In this dry building AI, there is a gap between the tip of the wing section 66 of the fourth center member 62 and the inner surface of the leg section 73 of the cover member 71, a gap between the lower surface of this leg section 73 and the upper surface of the roof tile, and a spacer. By setting the height of 89 appropriately, the ridge M is sufficiently ventilated and wind and rain are prevented from penetrating into the ridge center member during a typhoon or the like.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, this invention forms a gap between the roof board and the roof board at the point where the W roots of the plurality of threaded rods installed on the ridgepole pass through the ridge, and The top plate of the ridge stand on which it is placed and the top plate of the plurality of ridge members placed in a layer on the upper part of the ridge stand, with a hole for ventilation outside the hole through which the threaded rod passes, if necessary. On the inside of the crown tile, which has a hole and whose lower surface is fixed to the top tile through a spacer, there is a nut that is screwed onto the top of the threaded rod and fixes the ridge core member to the ridge along with the ridge base. A cover member is provided to cover the uppermost ridge member, and this cover member and the uppermost ridge member allow air to circulate between the inside of the cover member and the inside of the crown tile. Since we decided to install a baffle plate to prevent rainwater from entering from the inside of the roof tile to the ridge center member side, rainwater can leak into the inside of the crown tile through the gap between the lower part of the crown tile and the top surface of the roof tile during a typhoon, etc. It is possible to prevent wind and rain from penetrating into the ridge core member, to constantly ventilate the ridge, and to prevent corrosion of wood in the ridge and ceiling, thereby extending the life of the house.
