Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 蒸発器内に貯留している処理水中に配置された
ヒータと、該蒸発器内に処理水を供給する供給管
と、該蒸発器内の処理水を排出するブロー管と、
該蒸発器内の処理水の水位を検出するレベル検出
手段を有し前記供給管に設けられた給水用自動弁
及び前記ブロー管に設けられたブロー用自動弁を
制御して前記蒸発器内の処理水の濃度及び水位を
所定の範囲内に維持する制御手段を具備する純粋
蒸気発生装置において、 前記レベル検出手段として、高水位を検出する
高位レベル検出器と、低水位を検出する低位レベ
ル検出器とを設け、 前記供給管に流量調節用弁を設けるか又は前記
給水用自動弁を開度調節機構付の自動弁とし、 前記ブロー管に流量調節用弁を設けるか又は前
記ブロー用自動弁は開度調節機構付きの自動弁で
あり、 前記制御手段は前記低位レベル検出器が低位レ
ベル以下を検出したら前記給水用自動弁とブロー
用自動弁を連動して開くと共に、前記高位レベル
検出器が高位レベルを検出したら前記給水用自動
弁とブロー用自動弁を連動して閉じる制御手段で
あることを特徴とする純粋蒸気発生装置。
