Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention first aims to provide an oil coating device that uses a high-pressure booster pump to spray coating oil in liquid form from a nozzle. However, because it is a liquid, when the pressure of the high-pressure booster pump drops to zero, the oil drips from the nozzle, a so-called "drip."
The following phenomenon occurs. The dripping is particularly noticeable when the nozzle is tilted, but new problems have arisen, such as staining the floor and wasting oil.

The oil falling from the nozzle 7 is collected in a drip receiver 8 provided at the tip of the nozzle 7, and is collected into an oil tank 12 via a suction device 11. When the suction device 11 is configured as a vacuum block 21, compressed air branched from the compressed air source 20 of the high-pressure booster pump 1 is fed into the vacuum block 21, and the compressed air receives drips. The oil liquid accumulated in the tank 8 is sucked and discharged into the oil tank 12. The compressed air source of the high-pressure booster pump 1 is controlled by a solenoid valve 18, and oil application from a nozzle is performed continuously or intermittently. In addition, the drip tray 8 has a replaceable structure, and can be changed to a circular shape or a shape according to the pattern of the oiling work.
A drip tray 8 having an eccentric circular shape, a square shape, an inverted triangular shape, or a half-cut shape can be selectively used.

The oil for application stored in is sucked in, the pressure is increased on the outward path, the oil is pressurized, and it is injected from the nozzle 7 in its liquid state. Note that 4 is an oil supply amount adjusting device to the nozzle 7, 3 is an air supply pipe to the pump 1, 13 is an oil supply pipe from the oil tank 12 to the pump 1, and 14 is an oil supply pipe from the pump 1 to the nozzle 7. Figure 2 shows nozzle 7.
The assembled structure is shown enlarged. The nozzle 7 is held in such a way that the drip receiver 8 is sandwiched between the outside of the nozzle 7 and the nozzle body 6, and the nozzle body 6 is integrally held.
is screwed onto. A drain fitting 10 is provided at the bottom of the drip receiver 8, and a drain pipe 15 is connected to the tip thereof. Further, the other end of the drain pipe 15 is connected to the suction device 11.

できる。 The suction device 11 includes a vacuum block 21 that sucks up the dripping oil accumulated at the bottom of the drip pan 8 using compressed air sent through a solenoid valve 19 and collects it in an oil tank 12. It is a device such as a vacuum pump, and 17 is its air supply pipe, and 16 is a discharge pipe equipped with a filter device at its tip. When the vacuum block 21 has the structure shown in FIG. 3, 21a is an air supply port, 21b is an exhaust port, 2
1c is a drain port, and the air supply pipe 17 in FIG. 1 is connected to the air supply port 21a, and the discharge pipe 16 is connected to the exhaust port 21b.
The drain pipes 15 are respectively connected to the drain ports 21c. Reference numeral 22 denotes an air supply joint attached to the air supply port 21a, and when the compressed air passes through its pores to the exhaust port 21b, it lowers the internal pressure, so the oil liquid is sucked up from the drain port 21c and exhausted together with the compressed air. The oil is discharged from the port 21b to the oil tank 12 via the discharge pipe 16. The drip receiver 8 is the nozzle body 6
Since it is possible to remove the nozzle 7 at the same time by disassembling it, the circular 8a, eccentric circular 8b,
A drip tray 8 having a rectangular shape 8c, an inverted triangle 8d, or a half-cut shape 8e can be selected and used.
