Contact pressure was obtained.

できなかつた。 Because it was necessary to leave a small amount of play between the specimen and the holder that held it, this play made the polished surface of the specimen extremely unstable, and the surface to be polished was immediately before polishing. For example, if the polished surface is even slightly inclined to the center line, it may result in poor perpendicularity during finishing, or hardness,
Due to the sand grain size, etc., the specimen swayed (precession) during polishing, and only the periphery was extremely polished, resulting in a curved surface finish with medium and high heights, making it impossible to expect a highly accurate finish.

It had drawbacks such as an uneven surface.

る。 The embodiment shown in the drawings will be described in detail below. A support 20 with a horizontal stand 1 fixed to its upper end is erected on a movable frame 19, and two swing frames 4 1 are mounted on the horizontal stand 1. , 4 2 on the swing shaft 3
A shaft 5 with a polishing plate 6 fixed at a position facing the tip surface of the specimen 16 such as concrete or rock is pivotally attached to the upper end of both the swing frames 4 1 and 4 2 . In this way, the polishing body a provided on the plate surface is rotated in contact with the surface to be polished of the specimen 16, and furthermore, the polishing body a provided on the plate surface is rotated in contact with the surface to be polished of the specimen 16, and furthermore, the polishing body a is placed on the upper end of the swing frames 4 1 and 4 2 straddling both sides of the manual handle 10. An electric motor 14 is attached to the lower end of the swing frame 41 in an axial direction parallel to the shaft 5, and a belt is adjusted between the pulley 9 on the output shaft of the electric motor 14 and the pulley 7 on the shaft 5. 8 is suspended, and the shaft 5 is configured to rotate at high speed, thereby forming a driving section A.

A specimen 16 such as concrete or rock is placed on the V-shaped specimen holder 13 fixed on the feed table 11 so as to move forward or backward. The upper surface of the specimen 16 is pressurized by the restraining cam 17 of the restraining position adjustment column 15 provided, and the specimen 16 is fixed to the holder 13, thereby configuring the specimen feeding mechanism B.

In addition, wet polishing is possible by cooling the polishing plate and pouring water onto the polishing surface, which also serves to remove clogging.

The holder 13 is slightly protruded from the inner end of the holder 13.
Place it on top and tighten it with the restraining cam 17. That is, after holding the end surface of the specimen 16 in a state slightly protruding from the holder 13 and not in contact with the polishing body a of the polishing plate 6, the restraining cam 1
7, and by stepping on the foot switch 23, the electric motor 14 is started, and the abrasive plate 6 at the tip of the shaft 5 is rotated at high speed in a predetermined direction via the adjustment band 8.

In addition, the specimen 16 can be finished while maintaining its perpendicularity to the center line with high accuracy.

度及び直角度が改善される。 In addition, the most important feature of this invention is that the specimen is supported horizontally without any play as it moves forward toward the polishing plate, resulting in a polished finished surface with high flatness instead of a medium-height curved surface as in conventional methods. Moreover, the perpendicularity of the specimen to the cylindrical axis is excellent, and because the polishing plate 6 is rotated and oscillated, even if there is a slight irregularity in the flatness of the polishing body a (diamond grinding wheel). The rocking process results in even polishing, which improves flatness and squareness even more than before.
