〔発明の技術分野〕
この発明は、パンチ装着孔を先端部に備えた上
腕部とダイ装着孔を先端部に備えた下腕部とを一
体に備えてなる金型ホルダに係り、さらに詳細に
は、上腕部及び下腕部をアルミニウム又はその合

摩耗性金属材料で形成されたものが用いられてい
た。ところが、この種の材料は重量が大きいた
め、段取り等の作業の際取扱いにきわめて不便で
あつた。

しかしながら、このような鋳造方法で得られた
金型ホルダでは、金型ガイド部を除きすべてアル
ミニウムで造られているので、鋳造後機械加工を
施す際に機械のテーブルに散乱していた切粉等が
アルミニウムのホルダにくい込んで傷をつけ、精
度維持が困難でつた。また、金型ホルダをプレス
機に取付ける場合にもアルミニウム製の下腕部を
直接ボルト等で締めることになるので、締付力を

り、かつ上記上腕部及び下腕部をアルミニウム或
いはその合金により形成してなる金型ホルダにし
て、前記下腕部に備えた補強用鉄部材の上下両端
部を下腕部の上下両面とほぼ同一面に設け、上記
下腕部をプレス機に取付けるときの上下方向の締
付力を前記補強用鉄部材で受ける構成としてなる
ものである。
