An attraction type magnetically levitated vehicle travels without contact using the levitation force obtained by an electromagnet that is attracted to an armature rail on the ground side. The structure of this type of suction type magnetically levitated cart driven by a linear motor is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publications No. 12801/1983 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 12801/1983.
There is one described in Publication No. 20202. Such conventional magnetic levitation conveyance devices have a structure in which levitation and traveling electromagnets and sensors are mounted on the slider (carriage) side. Because of these ancillary equipment,
There was a problem in that the weight of the truck increased and the vibration amplitude increased due to a decrease in the natural frequency of the truck.
In addition, since it is necessary to supply enough power to support the weight of the heavy truck, the current value increases.
There were drawbacks such as increased heat generation.

This part forms a real part having an actual cross-sectional area sufficient to be used as a secondary conductor, a carved groove part 7 for weight reduction, and a convex part 8 for ensuring rigidity.
Lower horizontal part 43 which is an attracting body made of ferromagnetic material
is made to face the levitation electromagnet 3 and float by attraction, leaving a cross-sectional area sufficient to form a magnetic path as a real part, and forming grooves 7 similar to the upper horizontal part 41 and the side parts 42. There is.

The shapes of the grooves 7 and the protrusions 8 are arranged in accordance with the various vibration modes shown in FIG. 4, so that the protrusions 8 effectively act as reinforcing ribs. That is, among the vibration modes shown in FIG.
1, the upper horizontal portion 41
It is necessary to consider reinforcement of The convex portions extending in the horizontal direction shown in FIG. 2, that is, in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the truck 4, are configured to play a reinforcing role in the mode shown in FIG. 4a. The cross-over convex portions shown in FIG. 2, that is, diagonal reinforcement, are reinforcement for the mode b in FIG. 4. By applying similar reinforcement to the side portions 42 and lower horizontal portion 43, it is possible to cope with the modes c and d in FIG. 4.
