- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸入ポート及び吐出ポートと、該吸入ポートと
吐出ポートとの間に配設される流量制御弁とを有
する油圧ポンプにおいて、 前記流量制御弁は、前記吸入ポートと前記吐出
ポートとの間を短絡・非短絡と制御するスプール
弁と、該スプール弁と接触・非接触とされるロツ
ドとを備え、 前記スプール弁は前記ロツドを介して温度感応
手段により、低油温時には前記吸入ポートと前記
吐出ポートとの間を短絡する方向に付勢されるこ
とを特徴とする油圧ポンプ。
