ユート部に物品の対角線隅角部が導かれる時、さ
らに旋回力を与えて正確に所望角度を旋回させて
搬送ライン上部より少し下方へ落下せしめてその
旋回エネルギーを吸収し正常なる位置に静止状態
で落下させさらに搬送するようになしたものであ
る。

支持されそしてこの摺動板の内側あるいは外側に
搬送ラインにそつて配設された搬送用のチエン4
に定ピツチで送り爪5を突設し、このチエン4を
駆動することにより送り爪5で物品Gの後端を押
すようにして搬送ライン1上を摺動して搬送せし
められる。この送り爪5は搬送ライン1の頂面で
支持されている物品の後端を押すと共に底片3上
に落下支持される物品の後端をも押すようにすな
わち物品が搬送ラインの頂面あるいは底部いずれ
で支持されていても搬送可能とする。また搬送用
のチエンを搬送ライン頂面で支持される物品と底
部で支持される物品とを別々に搬送するようもう
一条のチエン6を対向する底片3,3間下方に配
設し、このチエン6に定ピツチで突設される送り
爪7を底片3,3間に覗かせるようにし底片上に
支持される物品をこの送り爪7で搬送するように
なすこともある。

つ後方に傾転し、この送り爪の後方傾転にて物品
後端より送り爪が外れる少し手前でこの物品はそ
の対向線上にある隅角部が搬送ライン1の頂面に
支持されているに過ぎない。このため物品は送り
爪とストツパーにて旋回力が与えられその慣性の
作用にて送り爪が物品後端より外れる少し前ある
いはその瞬間物品の対角線上の隅角部は搬送ライ
ン頂面より旋回シユート部2に移るようになり、
このシユート部の傾斜面にてさらに回転力が与え
られ物品Gは正確に90度旋回した状態で搬送ライ
ン頂面より底片部へ落下せしめられる。そして対
向する摺動板間が物品の横幅に予め定められてい
るため物品の方向は正確に旋回した状態を保持で
きるものである。またこの搬送ライン頂面より底
片まで物品を落下させるため物品に与えられる回
転エネルギーは落下エネルギーにより吸収され位
置ずれが生じることなく正常な位置に静止でき、
これを送り爪7にてさらに搬送されるものであ
る。

れ、かつ搬送されるもので、物品の旋回位置に於
て第1図に示す如き上部を傾斜した旋回シユート
部とした摺動板11を配設する。この時摺動板1
1の下部の底片3は不要でこの底片に変つてベル
トコンベヤ10が配設される。そしてストツパー
8は第1図のように摺動板のいずれか一方の内側
に垂設され、これによりベルトコンベヤ9の駆動
と、ストツパー及び旋回シユート部とにより物品
を所望角に正確に旋回せしめるようになすもので
ある。
