As shown in Figures 4 to 6 of the attached drawings of Utility Model Application No. 54-130181, the tips of these claws are wide. When this is used on the film winding shaft of a uniaxial slitter, the film inevitably has uneven thickness (uneven thickness), and even if this uneven thickness is extremely small,
During the winding process, the diameter of the thicker part naturally becomes larger than that of the thinner part, which increases the tension, and eventually the paper tube may collapse and become unable to be removed from the shaft.
Although many sliding devices have been provided in the past, a single-axis system as shown in FIG. 4 cannot be used because the claws span two paper tubes due to the structure. Next, the air shaft method was devised, with a hollow pipe as the axis.
A large number of elongated holes are provided in the shaft, and a long lug on the upper surface is projected from inside the shaft by air pressure, and the upper surface of the lug presses the inner surface of the paper tube to hold the paper tube. Even with this method, the lug may span two paper tubes, so it cannot be used with a single shaft method.

巻取り軸を提供することを目的とする。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The claws 7 of the conventional sliding device bite into the paper tube and generate paper waste, and since the tip of the claw 7 has a width, the tip of one claw 7 As shown by the dotted circle in Figure 4, no slipping occurs when the paper tube straddles two adjacent paper tubes. Therefore, it is not used for single-shaft winding shafts, but only for two-shaft winding shafts. The winding tension is controlled by pressure from the sides, so when the tension increases, pressure only acts on the paper tube on the side, making it difficult to apply pressure to the paper tube inside, making smooth tension control impossible. In this case, not only will the film not be wound evenly, but in extreme cases, the paper tube will break and winding will not be possible, and the paper tube will not be able to be removed from the shaft. Of course, it would be possible to adjust the position of the tip according to the width of the paper tube, but this would complicate the structure of the device, increase the cost of the device, and take a long time to adjust before winding. However, it has not actually been implemented. In order to avoid this drawback of the conventional method, a method has been adopted in which multiple shafts are used to alternately wind the slit narrow film. However, in this multi-shaft type, the rewinding position is higher than the slitting position of the film. Because of the long distance between the slits and the narrow width of the film, it swings laterally, so in order to wind the cut edges evenly, you need to use brim-like pads on both sides of the paper tube, or separate each paper tube into a slit. It is necessary to attach a presser roll, which complicates the structure of the device and increases the cost of the device. This invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional film winding shafts, and when used in a single-shaft type, one sliding device does not straddle and abut two paper tubes, and can always be used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper tube winding shaft equipped with a sliding device that contacts the paper tube at one point and has a sliding function, has a simple structure, is inexpensive, and does not require troublesome work for attaching and detaching the paper tube. .

A sliding device having a slider is attached, and the air inside the pipe is pressed against the slider, and the hemispherical tip of the slider protruding outside the pipe touches the inner surface of the paper tube fitted into the pipe. The paper tube is supported by pressure, and when the tension becomes large on the paper tube where a narrow film with thick uneven thickness is wound up, the hemispherical tip of the slider moves against the inner surface of the paper tube by eliminating frictional resistance. This allows the rotation to slow down so that the sliding circumferential speeds are equal.

The child is pushed by compressed air injected into the pipe and slides against the spring, causing its hemispherical tip to protrude outward from the pipe surface.

圧力をかける。 As the pipe, which is the rotating shaft, rotates, the paper tube winds the film due to frictional resistance. When the tension of the film increases due to the uneven thickness of the film, the hemispherical tip of the slider pushing the paper tube slips against the frictional resistance, slowing down the paper in the paper tube, and the tension of the film decreases to the specified tension. When it returns to , the film is wound at the original constant speed. Meanwhile, the other paper tubes are rotating at a constant speed. In this way, the film wound onto each paper tube is wound at the same speed. The air in the tube exerts a constant pressure on the tube, and therefore applies an average pressure on the slider of each sliding device installed on the pipe, which is the axis of rotation.

1, a slider 22 that slides inside the tube 21, and a spiral push spring 23. The slider 22 has a spherical recess at the tip of a cylindrical portion 22a. A steel ball 22b is adhered or welded to the recess, and an enlarged head 22c is provided at the other end. The push spring 23 may have another structure. The enlarged head 22c is large enough to pass through the screw hole 11. Instead of fixing the steel ball 22b to the tip of the slider 22, the slider 22 may be formed by grinding the tip of a steel cylinder and hardening it into a hemispherical shape. The push spring 23 winds around the cylindrical portion 22a, has one end locked to the lower end of the cylinder 21 (in the figure), and the other end to the enlarged head 22c, urging the slider downward (in the figure) to force the steel ball 22b The whole tube is 21

When one end of the slit narrow film is secured to each paper tube 6 and the pipe 1 is rotated by an electric motor (not shown), the narrow film is wound up. When film is produced, it is inevitable that uneven thickness will occur, although it may be slight. When a small width film is wound onto the paper tube 6 with a predetermined tension, the tension increases in the paper tube around which the narrow width film of the thick uneven thickness portion is wound, eliminating frictional resistance and causing the paper to roll. The steel ball 22b in contact with the inner surface of the tube 6 slides, and its rotation is slowed down so that the circumferential speed is equalized. steel ball 22b
Since it contacts the inner surface of the paper tube 6 at one point, it does not cross over and contact two adjacent paper tubes.
Even if the steel ball 22b slips on the paper tube 6, the other paper tubes 6, on which the narrow film is wound with a predetermined tension, continue to wind the film at a constant speed. Therefore, the tension of the film in the paper tube 6 whose winding is delayed immediately returns to the predetermined tension, and the film is wound at a constant speed. . In this way, the plurality of paper tubes 6 attached to the pipe 1 are not distorted or broken due to uneven thickness of the film, and both ends of the film are slit uniformly and simultaneously into the plurality of connected paper tubes 6. Align and wind.

式の装置に使用しても何等差し支えがない。(Effects) In the winding shaft for films, etc. according to the present invention, the tip of the slider of the sliding device has a hemispherical shape and contacts the paper tube at one point, so that a plurality of paper tubes can be mounted adjacent to one shaft. Also, two slider tips of one sliding device are adjacent to each other.
Since there is no contact across two paper tubes, the tip of the slider slides against the frictional resistance on paper tubes where the tension of the film is increased due to uneven thickness of the film, delaying the winding of the film and immediately The tension of the film is returned to a predetermined tension, and the film is wound at a constant speed. When a tube is used, it is expanded by air pressure and presses the sliders of any sliding device with equal pressure, so that the sliding device operates reliably. During this time, other paper tubes wind the film without being affected by this. Therefore, even if a large number of paper tubes are installed adjacent to one shaft, each paper tube will not be twisted or broken due to uneven thickness of the film, and the edges of the film will be aligned and wound evenly. It can make the removal of paper tube from smooth and easy. Therefore, if this winding shaft is used, there is no need for a multi-shaft system, and a single shaft is sufficient, and there is no need to put in and take out the paper tube, and the winding device itself has a simple structure and is inexpensive to manufacture. I'm done. Of course, there is no problem in using this winding shaft in a multi-shaft type device.
