Problems to be Solved by the Invention As described above, when the conveyance speed and processing speed of the plate bodies are different, conventionally, the discharged plate bodies are once piled up and the stacked plate bodies are transferred to the processing device. It was necessary to transport the paper to a certain point, and then feed it one by one by manual means or by a known feeding mechanism. For this reason, in the conventional method, the work process is not only complicated, but also causes malfunctions during feeding, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency and yield.Furthermore, as the work process becomes more complicated, the plate may be damaged. It was a result.

That is, when the second confirmation device obtains a signal confirming the presence of the plate 2 conveyed to the front position on the traverse conveyor 18, the gate 13 is in a closed state, and the plate 2 conveyed onto the standby conveyor 9 is closed. When the front end of the plate 2 is struck and, conversely, a signal confirming the absence of the plate 2 transported to the front position is obtained, the gate 13
By opening , the feed roll 14 swings downward to the upper surface of the plate, so that the plate 2 is conveyed onto the traverse conveyor 18 . Then, the plate 2 hits the stopper 19, is transferred onto the traverse conveyor 18, and is conveyed as it is to the subsequent processing device.

する。 If the plate body 2 is relatively rigid, as shown in FIG. If the plate 2 is made to protrude further and is extended so as to hit the stopper 19, or conversely, if the plate 2 is weak and hits the stopper 19 directly, there is a risk of damage. As shown in FIG. 4, the standby conveyor 9 is placed on standby in the lower position, the traverse conveyor 18 is recessed from between the rolls 17, and the plate 2 is temporarily transferred onto the surface of the rolls 17 and moved to the stopper 19. Collapsing, then cross feed conveyor 1
8 is projected to start lateral feeding.
In this case, the former method reduces the time required for transversely feeding the plate body 2 as compared to the latter, and either one is adopted depending on the properties of the plate body 2 to be discharged.

すれば良い。 In the above control, whether or not the plate 2 is present on the standby conveyor 9 can be confirmed by the conveyance time T 1 of the plate 2 from the detector 3 position to the gate 13 position.
Also, whether or not the plate 2 is present on the lateral conveyor 18 can be confirmed by checking the opening/closing time T 2 for feeding the plate 2 on the standby conveyor 9 onto the lateral conveyor 18.
The determination is made based on whether or not the time (T 2 +T 3 ), which is the sum of the time T 3 required for the plate 2 on the traverse conveyor 18 to complete traverse transport, has elapsed. Therefore, the set time may be arbitrarily set according to the shape of the plate to be transported, the interval at which the plate is discharged from the processing device in the preceding stage of the device, and the like.

The first plate 2 that is discharged upward and detected by the detector 3 does not oscillate because the oscillating conveyor lowering signal 22 is output from the discriminating device 21 and the gate opening signal 33 is output from the arithmetic device 26. Since the gate opening signal is fed onto the conveyor 18, as is clear from the control circuit diagram in FIG. This means that the oscillating conveyor lowering signal 22 is continuously outputted, and the second plate 2 is conveyed onto the standby conveyor 9.

According to the above inequality, when T 1 has elapsed, the time T 2 +T 3 from when the first plate 2 is fed onto the traverse conveyor 18 until the traverse is completed has not yet elapsed. This means that the output prohibition signal has been input from the storage device 31, and the time it takes for the second plate 2 to be conveyed from the detector 3 position to the gate 13 position from the above time (T 2 + T 3 ).

is longer than the time T 2 + T 3 required to complete the traversal feed, so as described above, the first plate 2 is fed out onto the traverse conveyor 18 via the swinging conveyor 4 and the standby conveyor 9. For example, since time T 1 has elapsed, the second plate 2 is conveyed to the standby conveyor 9. At this time, the first plate 2 is being fed horizontally on the transverse conveyor 18, but by the time the second plate 2 reaches the gate 13 position T1, T2 has already passed .
+T 3 has elapsed and the horizontal feed is completed.
The output inhibit signal input from the third storage device 31 to the arithmetic unit 26 is reset, and the gate 13 is opened. The plates 2 that are sequentially detected are first checked for the presence or absence of the preceding plate 2 on the standby conveyor 9 by obtaining a signal from the discrimination device 21.
Also, by obtaining a signal from the calculation device 26, the presence or absence of the front plate 2 on the traverse conveyor 18 is confirmed, so that it is sorted and conveyed onto the standby conveyor 9 or the next conveyor 8 each time. ,
Further, it is fed out or placed on standby on the standby conveyor 9.

It is also possible to control In this case, a plurality of detectors are required to be placed on each conveyor in order to correspond to the length and width of the plate 2 being transported.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, continuous automatic processing of plates is possible even when the conveyance speed of plates discharged from the previous stage process and the processing speed in the latter stage processing process are different. This not only simplifies the work steps required in the conventional method described above, such as stacking the plates, transporting the stacked plates to the processing process, and feeding the plates to the processing equipment, but also simplifies the work processes required in the conventional method described above. Various effects such as malfunctions and damage to plates are eliminated, work efficiency and yield are expected to be improved, and the installation area is reduced, and the practical benefits are enormous.
