(Prior art and its problems) A turnout is a device that branches a train in the intended direction using a structure that combines rail materials.
As shown in the figure, a point part 10, a lead part 20
It is divided into the crossing guard part 30, and the point part 10 has a basic rail SR and a tongue rail.
In combination with TR, the lead part 20 is connected to the main rail.
Combining MR and lead rail LR, and combining main rail MR, guard rail GR and crossing FR in the crossing guard part 30,
Attach each rail material to the floorboard with washer bolts, etc.
Currently, the floorboards are attached to wooden sleepers using dog nails or screw nails. However, wooden sleepers corrode and decay over time, so they need to be replaced regularly. In addition, they are lightweight and unstable, and because they are fastened with dog nails or screw nails, the fastening force is unstable, making it difficult to connect branch rails. It has the disadvantage that it is easy to cause track damage as well as track deviation and acceleration.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, when a turnout including the point part 10, the lead part 20, and the crossing guard part 30 is disposed on the PC sleeper, the point part 10 In this case, a pair of left and right floor plate receivers is provided on the PC sleepers, and the floor plates are elastically fastened using leaf springs, and the rails are fastened in the receivers by absorbing changes in the intersecting angle and position. To receive each rail, a concave receiving part having an arcuate receiving part at both ends and a rail receiving part in the center is provided, and both lower ends of each rail placed on each receiving part are attached to the rail along the arcuate receiving part. The intersecting angle of the leaf spring with respect to the rail is followed and elastically fastened via a spring holder whose arrangement angle can be adjusted, and in the crossing guard section 30, concave floor plate holders are provided at three locations on the left, right and center on the PC sleeper. , the cross angle of the rails and changes in rail position are absorbed, and the rails are elastically fastened using leaf springs via the floorboards, so sleepers at turnouts are
PC sleepers can be used, and unlike traditional wooden sleepers, the sleepers do not corrode or decay, improving durability, and the sleepers are heavy and stable.
As a result of making it difficult for track destruction to proceed, maintenance can be reduced. In addition, since the rail can be elastically fastened to the PC sleeper at the same time, the fastening force is more stable compared to the conventional fastening of floorboards with dog nails or screw nails, and there is no need to worry about track deviations of the turnout rail. This has the advantage that it is possible to prevent the vehicle from moving forward, reduce damage to turnout members, and reduce track damage due to the buffering effect against the wheel load and lateral pressure.
