産業上の利用分野
本考案は、二部材を一方向に長さ調節可能に連
結するための長さ調節装置に関するもので、例え
ば縦辷り出し窓の障子支持アームにおいて固定ア
ームと調節アームよりなる支持アームの長さを調

従来の技術

考案が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら前記のような調節装置にあつて
は、連結後調節用ビスに締付け力よりも大きな外
力が作用した場合には、ビスが緩み両部材の位置
がずれる欠点があり、また長期間の使用中におい
てもビスに緩みが生ずると両部材が簡単に移動し
てしまう欠点があつた。特に縦辷り出し窓や開き
窓の障子を支持するための支持アームにこのよう
な調節装置を用いた場合には、障子の荷重が常に
支持アームに作用しているため前記の欠点が生じ

定アーム3に穿設した螺孔31,32,33に対

1つおきの任意の2個の透孔間の距離はa+a、
a+b、a+c、b+b、b+c、の5種類の異
つた距離となり、調節可能な寸法である長孔の孔
の長さeと、最小の距離a+aから最大の距離b
+cとの差と同じにすれば、1つおきの任意の2
個の透孔を選択してこれにボルト8,8を挿通し
1本のボルト8は調節アーム4の連結板取付用螺
孔44に取付け、他の1本のボルト8を調節アー
ム4の長孔43を通して固定アーム3の螺孔33
に取付けることにより、5段階に長さを調節する

ように、裏板6の1辺を選択して固定アーム3の
端面に接当し、連結板5、調節アーム4の各透孔
を通してボルト8を取付けるようにしたものであ
る。したがつて連結板5の2透孔と裏板6の1辺
を適当に選択することにより長さの調節が行える
ようにしたものである。これを第4図の分解説明
図に基いて具体的に説明すると、裏板6の中央部
の螺孔61から各辺までの距離を、f,g,h,
i,j(但しf<g<h<i<jである)と異つ
た寸法に設け、固定アームの螺孔33から端面ま
での距離をdとすれば、固定アーム3の螺孔33
から裏板6の螺孔61の距離αは、夫々d+f,
d+g,d+h,d+i,d+jの5通りとな
り、この距離に対応する距離βにある連結板5の
2透孔を選択してボルト8により夫々固定すれ
ば、5段階の長さに調節することができることに
なる。したがつて裏板6を5角形より多い多角形
とすれば調節する段階をより多くすることができ
る。なお、この時は連結板5の透孔もこれに対応
して透孔の数、透孔間の距離を設定することが必

ーム1の固定アームと調節アームの連結部を調節
して両支点A,B間の距離を変更して障子Cの建

の調節をすることができるので、調節操作も簡単
