As shown in FIG. 3, conventional panel shutters have a protrusion 21 formed along the longitudinal direction of the panel main body 20 at the center of its upper end, and a protrusion 21 formed at the center of its lower end. Using a panel P' formed with a groove 22 that can be fitted in a groove shape, each panel P', P'... is attached to a roller chain 24 driven by a sprocket 23 at a predetermined length longer than the height of the panel P'. They are connected at intervals and are designed to move up and down.

Rotate the roller chain 24 in the direction of arrow F1.
The panel P' suspended on the storage rail 25 is raised vertically, and when the panel P' passes through the sprocket 23, it moves horizontally while maintaining its vertical state and moves onto the storage rail 25. The lower end of the panel P' on which the groove 22 is formed must be completely separated from the protrusion 21 formed on the upper end of the succeeding panel P'. Therefore, a space is created between each panel P' and P' that is large enough to insert a finger when the panels are suspended from the roller chain 24 and lifted and lowered. There is a risk of injury if you get caught between them.

There is a problem with infiltration. In addition, even if the seams do not shift, there is a problem that the rain does not close properly against the rain that blows from the two directions indicated by the arrow F.

30 are joined upside down to each other to manufacture the panel P''.
1 is exposed to the outside, so it is impossible to join the parts with unsightly rivets or the like, so we have no choice but to weld them with an expensive spot welding machine.

Therefore, the present invention eliminates the risk of fingers or other objects getting caught between the panels that move up and down, prevents the seams of each panel from separating and creates gaps even if external pressure is applied when the shutter is closed, and prevents the seams from closing in the rain. Very well, even when manufacturing a pair of panel boards molded into the same shape by joining them, it is possible to prevent the joined part of the panel boards from being exposed to the outside, and at the same time, color can be used as the material for the panel board. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a shutter panel that can also use steel plates.

In order to achieve this purpose, the shutter panel according to the present invention has protruding stripes and flanges that protrude higher than the protruding strips, which are formed parallel to each other at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction along the upper edge of the panel main body. At the same time, a protruding strip and a flange are formed along the lower end of the panel body, respectively, approximately symmetrically with the protruding strip and flange when viewed from the center point of the side surface of the panel body, and each of the protruding stripes and flanges formed on the upper and lower ends of the panel body It is characterized in that the flange of the other is located on a line extending vertically from between the protrusion and the flange of one.

The flange 3 provided on the upper end of the lower panel P is sandwiched between the protruding strip 2' provided on the lower end of the upper and lower panels P and the flange 3', and at the same time, the protruding strip provided on the upper end of the lower panel P The flange 3' of the upper panel P is sandwiched between the flange 2 and the flange 3.

Since it is supported between the panels P, the protrusions 2, and the flanges 3, no gaps are created at the joints between the panels P, P through which wind, rain, and dust can enter. In particular, if the left side as seen in Figure 1 is the outer surface of the shutter, the flange 3 that abuts the lower end of the panel P at the rear of the protruding strip 2' will serve as a rain cover, so it is said to be very effective at shutting off rain. There are advantages.

Therefore, even when the joint portions 6, 6 are spot welded, welding marks are not exposed to the outside, so surface finishing work to erase the marks can be omitted. In addition, even if the parts are joined by rivets instead of spot welding, the rivets will not be exposed and the appearance will not be spoiled, so it is possible to use color steel plates, etc., which cannot be spot welded, as the material for the panel P, and this type of panel Variations can be increased.

ことができる。 Furthermore, since the flanges 3 and 3' formed at both the upper and lower ends of the panel P protrude higher than the protrusions 2 and 2', the flanges 3 and 3' of the upper panel P and the lower panel P, as shown in FIG. ' and 3 can be raised and lowered while being overlapped with each other in a state where they are shifted by a length slightly longer than the height of the protrusions 2, 2'. That is, the flanges 3' overlap each other so that there is no space between the upper and lower panels P and P.
Since the panels can be raised and lowered in a state where they are closed by 3 and 3, it is possible to avoid the danger of inserting a finger into the space created between the panels that are raised and lowered and getting caught, as in the conventional case.
In addition, in this state, each flange 3' and 3
Since they are offset by more than the height of the protrusions 2, 2', the panel P raised vertically can be moved horizontally and separated from the following lower panel P.

As described above, when the shutter panel according to the present invention is connected to form a shutter, there is no risk of fingers getting caught between the panels that move up and down, and when the shutter panel is in the closed state, it is not exposed to external pressure. However, the joints of each panel do not separate and create gaps, and the joints also have excellent effects in terms of rain protection.
