は免れなかつた。(Problems to be solved by the invention) The hood a according to the prior art is shown in Figs. 6 and 7.
As shown in the figure, this is a dedicated exhaust system installed above the hot area, and the secondary air for combustion uses outside air blown out from the air conditioning outlet b installed at an appropriate location in the room. Therefore, in the summer, a large amount of outside air with high temperature and humidity is blown into the room, causing a deterioration of the indoor environment, and in the winter, low-temperature outside air may be sucked into the room, causing the indoor temperature to drop. In order to eliminate such environmental deterioration, the amount of outside air blown out could be adjusted freely, but due to a malfunction in the adjustment, the balance of air supply and exhaust in the room would be disrupted, causing boiled food to enter the room. There was a strong odor and there was a risk that it would disturb the air conditioning in the room. In addition, it is necessary to install ducts c and d in the ceiling to exhaust air through the hood and to supply outside air, so if several outlets are installed for air supply, the duct arrangement becomes complicated. It was inevitable that implementation would be troublesome.

Considering that if a relatively large amount of outside air is supplied to the area where it is used and exhausted at that location, deterioration of the indoor environment including the kitchen as described above can be prevented, and the structure is simplified as much as possible to achieve this purpose. In order to achieve this, the present invention forms an air supply chamber and an exhaust chamber that are divided into approximately triangular shapes with chevron-shaped partition walls as their bases on both sides of a rectangular container casing, and blows out almost the entire side of the casing on the side of the air supply chamber. As an exit, cover this with a perforated plate such as a punching board,
A supply cylinder communicating with the supply air duct is provided in the upper part of the supply air chamber, and a filter is provided to block the middle between the air outlet on the side and the supply cylinder, and the exhaust chamber has substantially the entire surface of its inclined partition wall as an intake port. This is provided with a filter, and the intake port is communicated with the suction port that is open across the entire bottom surface of the housing, and an exhaust pipe that communicates with the exhaust duct is provided at the top of the exhaust chamber, and the opening edge of the suction port is is bent inward to form a grease reservoir around the entire outer circumference, and a fan is provided in each of the air supply passage communicating with the supply cylinder and the exhaust passage communicating with the exhaust pipe. The present invention is characterized in that the outside air supplied to the supply air chamber is preheated by a heat exchange device whose heat source is exhaust heat discharged through the exhaust chamber.

Air is blown to the front in an approximately horizontal direction,
On the other hand, combustion gas from the use of hot air is sucked into the exhaust chamber 3 from the intake port 1a through the intake port 7, and is discharged from the exhaust pipe 11 through the exhaust duct 13.
At this time, surrounding air is drawn to the exhaust side along with the combustion air, so the outside air blown into the room from the chamber 2 is drawn to the hood side as shown by the arrow in Figure 1 and is used as combustion air before being combusted. The oil mist contained in this exhaust gas is collected in the mouth peripheral edge 1d of the suction port 1a and in the grease reservoirs 1c and 9 on the lower surface of one side of the suction port 7.

Since it is attracted by the exhaust air sucked and removed from the hot area through the exhaust chamber 3, it is also used as secondary air necessary for combustion in the hot area, and can be used more effectively as supply air without simply being diffused indoors.

The exhaust air is used so as to flow out into the duct 13 through the heat exchange device 16, and the cool outside air from the supply air duct 12 is preheated by exchanging heat with the exhaust heat in the heat exchange device 16, and then the air is blown. The exhaust heat was blown out from the outlet 5 to raise the temperature of the room, and the exhaust heat was recovered and utilized without the need for any outside air heating device such as a boiler.

果を有する。(Effect of the invention) When the invention is adopted, the lower surface is opened almost completely and the upper surface of the kitchen utensil has a large suction port. An air supply chamber and an exhaust chamber are formed, and the outlet of the air supply chamber is opened to a size that spans the entire side of the cabinet, allowing the necessary fresh outside air to be distributed widely indoors using the chevron-shaped partition wall. The exhaust gas that can be blown out and sucked into the exhaust chamber is also smoothly sucked into the exhaust chamber according to the chevron section, and its suction action draws outside air blown into the room to the exhaust side. The operation is smooth, and by adding a heat exchange device that uses exhaust heat, it is possible to preheat outside air without installing a heating device for outside air, making it economical for winter use in cold regions. It has the advantage of being simple and inexpensive.
