In this case, the glass tube heater consists of a heater wire disposed within a glass tube, and a cooler is disposed above the heater wire. Figure 6 shows how such a defrosting device is assembled, in which the glass tube heater A is first installed in the refrigerators, and then the cooler B is installed as shown in the arrow C.
As shown in the figure, it is installed by advancing from the front.

There was a problem in that the glass tube heater A would come down and hit the glass tube heater A before it was fixed above the glass tube heater A, causing damage to the glass tube heater A, especially cracking of the glass tube. In addition, in this case, in the case where cooler B has a large number of fins, the fins are deformed because the thickness of the fins is extremely small, and due to this deformation, the ventilation of the cooler is There were also problems in that the condition was impaired and the cooling effect was reduced.

First, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a cooler, in which, for example, a large number of thin-walled fins 1b are arranged in rows at each stage of a meandering refrigerant passage pipe 1a, and fins 1b are arranged on both sides of the whole. It is provided with an end plate 1c having a large thickness and sufficient strength, and is placed in a cooler chamber 2 partitioned at the back of the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. 3 is a glass tube heater placed at the bottom of the cooler chamber 2 prior to the arrangement of the glass tube heater 3, 4 is the glass tube, 5 is a heater wire installed inside the glass tube 4, and 6 is the glass tube 4.
Insulating caps made of silicone rubber, for example, at both ends. Also, 7 is the top cover, 8 is the bottom cover,
These are attached to the glass tube heater 3 and cover the upper and lower sides thereof. On the other hand, 9 is a partition insulator located below the part where the cooler 1 is arranged, near the glass tube heater 3, especially from below to both sides, and in the case of the refrigerator, for example, it is a partition insulator located in the vicinity of the glass tube heater 3. It constitutes a part of the partition wall between the refrigerator compartment and the cooler 1, and is made of, for example, styrofoam, which is separate from the cooler 1, and has high insulation properties with respect to both heat and electricity. There is.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a support made of plastic, for example, which is attached to the partition insulator 9, and is attached by engaging claws 11 extending outward from above and engaging with both sides of the partition insulator 9. Such a support device 1
0 Particularly, the insulating cap 6 portion of the glass tube heater 3 is fitted into the holding portion 12 formed in a horseshoe shape as shown in FIG.
is supported by a support 10. Here, reference numeral 13 denotes a protrusion provided upwardly in the middle part of the supporter 10, the upper end of which protrudes upwardly than the glass tube heater 3 supported by the supporter 10, and the cooler 1 In particular, it faces each lower end of the end plate 1c. Moreover, especially in the case of this embodiment, the protrusions 13 are separated into two parts, front and back, and are offset from side to side. In this way, one convex portion 14 is provided so as to protrude rearward.

ができる。 Now, in the case of the device configured as described above, when assembling it, first the glass tube heater 3 is placed at the bottom of the cooler chamber 2 and supported by the support 10, and then the cooler 1 is placed above it. Place, install and fix. As mentioned above, in the conventional structure, the cooler 1 may be lowered before the fixation is completed, but in this embodiment, the cooler 1 is The protrusion 13 protrudes upward from the glass tube heater 3, so that even if the cooler 1 is lowered, it will be difficult for the end plate 1c, which has a large strength, especially in this embodiment, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. hits the protrusion 13 and does not go down any further, i.e.
The projection 1 touches the glass tube heater 3 of the cooler 1.
Therefore, damage to the glass tube heater 3, especially cracking of the glass tube 4, is prevented, and deformation of the upper cover 7 is not caused, and further cooling is prevented. Breakage of the container 1, particularly deformation of the fins 1b, does not occur, and good ventilation of the cooler 1 can be ensured, and a good cooling effect can be exhibited.

効果的になし得る。 In addition to the above, especially in the case of the above-mentioned embodiment, when the glass tube heater 3 is assembled with the upper and lower sides correct, the convex portion 14 of the insulating cap 6 will align with the support 10 as shown in FIG. It fits between the rear protrusion 13 and the holding part 12 and does not interfere with installation.
If it is assembled by mistake, the protrusion 14 will come into contact with the protrusion 13 at the front of the support 10, as shown in FIG. 5, and will prevent the assembly. This can even prevent mistakes in assembling the glass tube heater 3, making it more effective in practice.

優れた効果を奏するものである。[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above description, the present invention has a cooler placed above the glass tube heater, and the cooler is heated and defrosted by the heat generated by the glass tube heater. In a defrosting device for a cooler, a support that is attached to a member separate from the cooler below the cooler placement part and supports the glass tube heater has a protrusion projecting upward from the glass tube heater. The protrusion prevents the cooler from hitting the glass tube heater, thereby preventing damage to the glass tube heater such as cracking of the glass tube by the cooler, or conversely, deformation of the fins. This has the excellent effect of allowing assembly without causing damage to the cooler.
