ガイドロツドで、これの上端部に形成された取付
け部10が蓋体3の側面部3aに立設されたピン
11に回動可能に連結されており、シリンダ5内
にある下端部9aは略直角に折曲されてここにシ
リンダ5内を摺動する弁体12がねじ13により
取付けられている。この弁体12は固定部14と
この固定部14にヒンジ15を介して連結された

16は付勢力により作用位置に復帰回動する。つ
ぎに、第5図に示す開放位置から蓋体3を反矢印
D方向へ早い速度で回動しようとすると、ピン1
