Claims (1)
- 直流磁化コイルにより直流磁化して渦流探傷を
行う渦流探傷用直流磁化装置において、同芯に配
置された複数個の複層巻きの円筒形コイル群の各
コイル間に、各々間隔を設け、コイルの長さと該
コイル群の平均コイル径との比が１と２の間にな
るようにし、該コイル群を覆う軟磁性金属製ハウ
ジングと軟磁性金属製穴開き円板状側板からなる
ハウジングの側板中心穴間に非磁性金属管を通し
、これに取付けた該コイル群を密閉し、液体冷却
を施し、空芯時におけるコイル中心線中央部の軸
方向磁場の強さが３００エレステツド以上になる
ように構成したことを特徴とする渦流探傷用直流
磁化装置。
