    軸を支持し、上記軸の下側に位置するように、上
    記ハウジングにスラスト受を設けて、スラスト方
    向に上記軸を支持するように構成された動圧軸受
    において、 上記スラスト受の外周に、このスラスト受をハ
    ウジングの所定位置に嵌着するまではスラスト受
    の内側と外側との間を連通する一方、スラスト受
    をハウジングの所定位置に嵌着したときにはハウ
    ジングに覆われてスラスト受の内側と外側との間
    を連通しない溝を設けたことを特徴とする動圧軸
    受。
