DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a washing machine with an automatic water supply function equipped with a water level sensor, and particularly relates to a method of controlling water injection rinsing which is performed while water is injected and water is drained by overflow. It is.

(Conventional technology) First, the water level change in the water injection rinsing process is
This will be explained according to the diagram. When the water injection rinsing process starts, the water supply valve is opened to start water injection. When the water level in the washing tub reaches the set water level A by pouring water, the motor is driven and the pulsator rotates to generate water flow, and the rinsing process begins. When the water level rises to the overflow water level A, water is discharged from the overflow drain port. Drainage due to overflow begins. The water level in the washing tub actually rises a little higher than the overflow water level A, and stabilizes in an equilibrium state between water injection and drainage (line A in Figure 3).

The water level during the water injection rinsing process normally changes as shown above, but if you forget to turn down the drain hose, the water level in the washing tub will continue to rise because the water will not drain due to overflow. As shown by line C in FIG. 3, the water level will eventually reach E (the upper end of the washing tub), and thereafter it will overflow from the upper end of the washing tub.

However, conventionally, an abnormal water level (water level C) is set higher than the overflow water level A, and when the water level sensor detects the abnormal water level, the water supply valve is closed, the motor is stopped, and a notification is issued. This prevents water from overflowing from the top of the washing tub due to forgetting to turn it down.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the abnormal water level (water level C) is set at a level considerably lower than the water level E in consideration of the accuracy of the water level sensor and the force of the water flow, and in consideration of safety. As a result, the overflow drain port may be blocked due to the cloth (laundry) being shifted to one side, causing the water level in the washing tub to temporarily exceed the abnormal water level as shown by line B in Figure 3. Even in such a case, in the past, it was determined that the water level had risen abnormally due to forgetting to turn down the drain hose, and the water injection rinsing was interrupted.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is a washing machine with an automatic water supply function equipped with a water level sensor that detects the water level in the washing tub, and which performs water injection rinsing. is repeated at predetermined intervals, and an abnormal water level higher than the overflow water level is set, and when the abnormal water level is detected by water level detection, the water supply valve is closed to stop water injection, and then the abnormal water level is set continuously for a predetermined number of times. Controls the motor to stop when detected.

(Function) In the above method, when an abnormal water level is detected by the current water level sensor, the water supply valve is first closed to stop water injection, thereby preventing the water level from rising further. After that, it is checked whether abnormal water level is detected a predetermined number of times in succession.

If the abnormal rise in the water level is due to forgetting to turn down the drain hose, the water level in the washing tub will not drop because drainage will not occur due to overflow, and the water level will continue to be at the abnormal water level, and the abnormal water level will be detected a specified number of times in succession. I will do it.

On the other hand, if the fabric is on one side, if the fabric moves due to the water flow and the drain port opens, water will be drained by overflow, so the water level in the washing tub will fall and become lower than the abnormal water level, and the abnormality will occur a certain number of times in a row. It does not detect water level.

Therefore, only when the abnormal water level is detected a predetermined number of times in a row, it is determined that the drain hose has been forgotten to be turned down, and the motor is stopped, and when the abnormal water level is not detected consecutively a predetermined number of times, it is determined that the water level has temporarily increased due to unevenness of the cloth. By continuing the water injection rinsing, it is possible to prevent the conventional water injection rinsing from being interrupted.

Now, when the water injection rinsing process starts, the logic unit 14 outputs a signal to the water supply valve control unit 18 to open the water supply valve 4 and inject water into the washing tub 1. When the water level in the washing tub 1 rises due to water injection and the output signal of the water level sensor 17 detects that it has reached the set water level A, the logic section 14 outputs a signal to the motor control section 13 to drive the motor 11. The pulsator 3 is rotated via the motor pulley 12, the pulley belt 10, and the center pulley 9 to generate a water flow in the washing tub 1 to start the rinsing operation, and at the same time, it starts counting the preset rinsing time, and also starts the counter N. Then, a timer T for detecting the water level at predetermined time intervals starts counting, and each time the count time reaches a predetermined time t1 , the water level in the washing tub 1 is raised to an abnormal water level ( It is repeatedly determined whether the water level c) in Fig. 3 is reached or not.

Therefore, if water injection and rinsing proceed under normal conditions, the water level in the washing tub 1 will not reach an abnormal water level as shown by line A in Figure 3, and the water supply valve will close after the preset rinsing time has elapsed. 4, close motor 11

If the logic unit 14 determines based on the output signal of the water level sensor 17 that the water level in the washing tub 1 has reached an abnormal water level, it will immediately close the water supply valve to stop water injection and reduce the water level in the washing tub 1. Suppress the rise and add 1 to counter N. After that, the abnormal water level is detected by water level detection every predetermined time t1 .
See if the number of times is consecutive. If the water level rises temporarily due to the drain port 5 being blocked by the cloth being lopsided, the cloth will be moved by the water flow and the drain port 5 will be opened, resulting in overflow and drainage. The water level will drop as shown by line B in Figure 3. Therefore, the abnormality detection level is not detected n times in a row, and when the water level is detected to be not at the abnormality detection level, the counter N is reset, the water supply valve 4 is opened, and water injection is resumed, thereby rinsing water. Continue the process.

Also, if you forget to turn down the drain hose 8,
The water level in the washing tub 1 does not decrease regardless of the passage of time, and an abnormal water level is repeatedly detected. Then, when the abnormal water level is detected a predetermined number of times in a row, it is determined that the water level has risen due to forgetting to turn down the drain hose, outputs a stop signal to the motor control unit 13, stops the motor 11, and interrupts the water injection rinsing process. Then, the abnormality is notified by a buzzer, lamp, etc.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, water injection rinsing can be interrupted only when the water level rises due to forgetting to turn down the drain hose. This eliminates the problem of interrupting water injection rinsing.
