Conventional technology Rush is often planted and grown in paddy fields as a secondary crop for rice, and the conventional method of planting rush is to temporarily plant it in a nursery, divide it appropriately, then pull it out from the nursery, divide it, and plant it in units in rice fields. Shares (hereinafter also referred to as 1 share)
The method of hand-planting has been adopted, but recently,
In response to demands for mechanization and labor saving, rush planting machines that utilize rice transplanters have been proposed. Among these rush planting machines, there are some that use a scraping method using a planting rod, etc., which is almost the same as rice transplanters, to separate and plant rush seedlings one by one. (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-15610, etc.).

Problems that the invention aims to solve However, when planting rush seedlings mechanically, if a scraping method similar to that used in rice transplanters is adopted, the following problems arise. In other words, in the case of rice seedlings, only new shoots (soft leaves) that have sprouted from the seed rice appear, while in the case of rush seedlings, about 7 to 8 hard stems grow out per unit planting, and the New shoots from the base (crotch) of the stem (5 to 6
The buds have germinated, and it is necessary to plant them without damaging the new buds. However, in the above-mentioned scraping method, the buds are indiscriminately scraped off where there are buds and where there are no buds. In many cases, the buds were damaged, and if the buds were damaged, they would not grow, resulting in missing plants, which had to be replanted by hand. In addition, in anticipation of damage to the buds, the amount of scraping should be increased (usually
(1.3 to 1.5 times), but the areas where the buds were lucky to avoid damage become too dense, which has a negative effect on subsequent growth, etc. In any case, the entire field Due to variations in growth, stable planting is not possible, and there is still a long way to go before it can be put to practical use.

Means to Solve the Problems Therefore, the present invention has been developed to plant rush seedlings, which have been divided into unit planting plants, onto the field using a planting claw that rotates in a loop-shaped trajectory. In the grass planting machine, the planting claw has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the rotating tip side of the planting claw is formed into a bottomless open shape, and a stem tip is formed near the rotating base end of the planting claw. The above-mentioned problem is attempted to be solved by providing a presser plate.

Function When planting rush seedlings that have been divided into unit planting plants, the entire length of the seedlings is held on three sides by the planting claws, which have a roughly U-shaped cross section. There is no damage to the rush seedlings, and since the tips of the hard stems are pressed down from above by the stem tip presser plates, the rush seedlings do not slip out of the planting nail or float up when entering the soil. This ensures stable and reliable planting at all times.

Example 1 is a seedling case for rush seedlings divided into unit planting plants (one plant).
Rush seedlings 3 are stored in a roll-like manner, each plant being wound at predetermined close intervals. A seedling dispensing mechanism 4 for sequentially dispensing the seedlings 3 one by one is disposed on the dispensing start end side of the seedling case 1. This feeding mechanism 4 has elastic members 7 made of sponge or the like fixed at a predetermined pitch to the left and right outer peripheries of a wheel 6 fixed to a drive shaft 5. A protrusion 9 is provided which engages with a small hole 8 drilled across. In addition, a seedling guide passage 10 for guiding the let-out seedlings 3 is extended integrally with the case 1 between the start end of the seedling case 1 and the start position of seedling clamping by planting claws, which will be described later. Each of the forming guide plates 10a and 10b on both sides has a cutout hole 11 so that a part of the wheel body 6 faces into the guide passage 10.
A cutout hole 12 is formed into which a kick-out plate of a seedling fast-forwarding mechanism, which will be described later, is fitted. 13 is seedling guide path 1
A seedling receiving member such as a flexible brush is provided at the seedling clamping starting position of 0, and 14 is a reel for rewinding the empty tape. Reference numeral 15 denotes a rapid feed mechanism for seedlings, and as shown in FIG. 12, a shaft 16 movably connected to a drive side (not shown) and a crank plate 17 fixed to the shaft 16 rotate in the direction of arrow A, thereby moving the crank plate 1.
A kick-out board 18 pivotally connected to 7 rotates while drawing an elliptical locus to rapidly transport the seedlings drawn out from the seedling case 1 into the seedling guide path 10 onto the receiving member 13. Reference numeral 19 denotes an arm, one end of which is pivoted to the fixed shaft 20, and the other end pivoted to the base end side of the kick-out plate 18.

In the above configuration, the rush seedlings 3 stored in the seedling case 1 via the wrapping tape 2 are fed out one by one by the feeding mechanism 4, but at this time, the rush seedlings 3 are immersed in the seedling guide path 10. Each seedling 3 is held in a proper feeding posture by the elastic material 7 and separated from the following seedlings at a constant interval.
At the same time, the seedlings 3 are fed out into the guide path 10 by the jump plate 18 of the fast-forwarding mechanism 15.
The seedlings are quickly transported through the seedling receiving member 13 and are once pooled on the seedling receiving member 13. At this time, the planting claw 21 descends to a position approximately halfway between the A position and the U position shown in FIG. At the same time, the seedling receiving member 13 is forcibly pushed open, carried to the seedling planting position in the field, and planted in the soil. In addition, the wrapping tape 2 after separating the seedling 3
is sequentially wound onto the take-up reel 14 through a cutout hole 11 provided in the guide plate 10a, bypassing the outer periphery of the wheel body 6.

By the way, when the planting claw 21 clamps the seedling 3 on the seedling receiving member 13 and until it plunges into the soil and planting is completed, the rush seedling 3 is held in the concave portion 21b of the U-shaped planting claw 21. The entire length of the seedling is held on three sides. For this reason, the sprout a emerging from the base of the stem b is also protected by being wrapped by the three sides of the planting claw 21, so that the planting claw 21 does not damage the sprout a.

Further, since the tip of the hard stem b is pressed from above by the stem tip presser plate 25, the rush seedling a does not slip out of the planting claw 21 or float when entering the soil. Furthermore, even if the tip of the stem b falls apart, the stem tip presser plate 25 has a large surface area, has an edge 25a, and is fixed to the planting claw 21 in a backward eccentric state, so that the seedling 3 will not be damaged. Although the holding action is performed more reliably, the planting nails 21
After the seedlings 3 reach the seedling planting position in the soil, the planting claws 21 rise almost vertically as shown in the loop-shaped trajectory P in FIG. It is reliably planted in the soil by pulling it out from the tip of the claw 21.

At this time, since the seedling root portion is pressed against the soil wall at a predetermined planting depth, the seedling 3 will not be carried around together with the planting claw 21. In this way, at the time of planting, the sprout a is protected by being wrapped in the planting claw 21, so that the sprout a
The seedlings will not be damaged by the planting claws 21, etc., and the number of seedlings can be planted at the specified number, so there is no need to do extra work such as dense planting or supplementary planting in anticipation of damage to the seedlings. Not only is this unnecessary, but the growth after planting is also uniform throughout the field.
