る苗移植機に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention is a method for attaching crop seedlings, such as straw grass or rye, to a tape and then winding up the tape to form a tape seedling, which is then unwound to remove the crop seedling. A seedling transplanter for planting, more specifically, a separating device is provided for separating crop seedlings at a predetermined position from a tape seedling formed by attaching a plurality of crop seedlings at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the tape, The crop seedlings separated by this separation device are dropped in a horizontal position, and the stems of the crop seedlings are inserted into the space between a pair of left and right rotating plates that rotate in a vertical position, and are held between the rotating plates. The present invention relates to a seedling transplanter equipped with a rotating disc-type planting mechanism that receives crop seedlings by holding the crop seedlings, rotates while holding the crop seedlings, releases the holding by the rotary plate on the planting surface, and plants the seedlings.

Therefore, a method was adopted in which the grip on the crop seedlings was released and the crop seedlings were released and planted in a vertical position.

It was set up.

In terms of form, the fixed plate-shaped earth-harvesting tool only performs the earth-harvesting action in the same position all the time, so it is still not sufficient to tighten the soil gathered against the roots of crop seedlings, and the crop seedlings cannot be completely removed. It had not yet reached the point where it became independent.

At the position where the elastic holding rotary plates (18^), (18B) start holding the separated crop seedling (a), a catch (24) is provided to temporarily catch the root of the separated crop seedling (a). , the separated crop seedling (a) is once received in a tilted position facing forward and backward, and then the elastic clamping rotary plate (18/l) is attached. It is constructed so that the stem tip holding action in (18B) can be performed as expected.

10) has two rows, each thread (10) and (10)
sews the stem tip and stem base together, but since the stem tip is smaller than the stem base, if the thread winding mechanism (7) were to wind it under the same conditions, the stem tip would be sewn on the stem tip side. Since the thread (10) is pulled with a strong tension, the thread (10) is more than the tape (3) on the upper side in the tape seedling payout direction 10 from the crop seedling separation site. Therefore, both the threads (10) and (1
The thread winding rolls (7), (7) for winding the thread (0) are attached to the rotating shaft via separate slip devices (12), (12), and since the thread (10) at the base of the stem is long, fast winding is possible. Wind the thread (10) with the number of turns. This means that the left and right gripping bodies (278) in the brake mechanism (28),
The resistance force of (27B) is larger on the stem root side by the difference in speed, and the resistance force of the thread winding roll (7)
, (7), the slip force at the stem base is also larger in proportion to the above-mentioned resistance force. In any case, the brake mechanism (28) prevents excessive bow tension from being applied to the thread (10) separated from the tape (3).
