A predetermined pattern drawn on the original drawing is printed on the material by contact exposure or projection exposure, and then the surface of the printed plate material is treated with a solvent to remove the photosensitive agent layer in the area to be printed, and the mesh of the screen is removed. A screen printing plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a printing plate) was obtained in which a portion of a predetermined printing pattern was left transparent, and printing ink was placed on the thus obtained printing plate, and the ink was placed on the bottom surface through the printing plate. The printing pattern is printed on the printing material by coating it on the printing material, and it is unlike other printing techniques in that it can clearly form a thick printed film with relatively low printing pressure. It has special characteristics.

The ink does not pass through the screen at 4 points, which causes printing misalignment. On the other hand, even when the room temperature is low, the viscosity of the ink increases and the fluidity of the ink decreases due to changes in ink plasticity. , the ink passes through the screen, which causes misalignment of the print.

Use a thermomoji 7 on the squeegee and/or ink returner.
The ink placed on the printing plate is heated and cooled to adjust the viscosity of the ink to the appropriate level. Because it is held at a high temperature and printed from scratch, there is no smearing or blurring of the print due to variations in viscosity, and it is possible to always print clearly.
