本考案は、複柱式棚装置に於ける支柱補強装置
の改良に係わり、更に詳しくは支柱を両側前後に
立設し、該支柱間に棚板等を取付けてなる棚装置

側面に係止し他端を支柱他側面から突出させ、他
方の連結部材の一端の屈曲端を支柱他側面に当接
し、両連結部材の他端を連結杆にボツクス・ナツ
トにて連結する装置が提供されるが、両者とも連
結部材が連結杆の端部にそれぞれ二つ必要で部品
点数が多くなつてコスト高になり、しかも支柱両
側から取付けなければならず、支柱が壁際に面す
る場合には取付けることは不可能であるか、若し
くは棚装置に取付けた後に該棚装置を壁際に移動
させる必要があり、取付作業に大変な手間がかか
るものであつた。

側一対の支柱間にその内側方からのみの作業で取
付けることができ、そして取付けに際しては、一
方の支柱の下端部係止孔に連結部材のフツクを嵌
合係止して基板を支柱側面に対して略直角とな
し、他方の支柱の上端部係止孔にもうひとつの連
結部材を表裏反転させてそのフツクを嵌合係止し
て基板を同様に支柱側面に対して略直角となし、
その状態でそれぞれの連結部材の基板の取付片を
段設した側に連結杆の端部を当接させた状態で、
該連結杆の連結孔と基板の取付孔に挿通したボル
ト・ナツトにて連結するので、前記取付片及び連
結杆を略直線状に連結することができ、支柱の横
倒れに対する連結杆の引張り又は圧縮応力に対し
て最も効果的に対向することができ、従つて支柱
の横倒れを確実に規制することができる。また、
取付状態に於いて、両連結部材のフツクは逆方向
を向いているので、連結部材が抜け落ちる心配は
全くなく、最小の部品点数で効果的に支柱を補強
