Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, there have been many cases in which a folded roof is laid in two layers and a heat insulating material is filled in between. However, the cold bridging effect was likely to occur not only on the eaves side but also on the gable side. This gable side repair involved covering the gable side of the double roof with gable side wrapping material a, as shown in Figure 3. However, this repaired structure on the gable side has the disadvantage that the insulation performance is reduced and furthermore, dew condensation forms on the lower surface of the lower folded roof on the gable side and falls into the interior.

Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the inventor conducted extensive research and, as a result, laid an upper folded roof at an appropriate interval above the lower folded roof.
A heat insulating material is filled in the space between the lower folded roof and the upper folded roof, and a gable side wrapping material is filled between the gable side portion of the lower folded roof and the upper folded roof and the outer surface of the upper part of the gable side wall. By filling the inside of this gable-side wrapping material with gable-side insulating material continuously with the above-mentioned insulating material, the gable-side insulation performance is superior, dew condensation can be prevented, and sound insulation and soundproofing are extremely good. This solves the above problems.

A is the lower folded roof, and B is the upper folded roof. These folded roofs are formed with continuous peaks and valleys, and this unit roofing material 1 has an upper part 1a and a lower part 1b which are successively joined to the adjacent parts. There are two types: a fastening type (see FIGS. 1 to 3) and a type (not shown) in which the chevron portions are simply overlapped with each other. In addition to this, although not shown, there is also a type in which the end edges of the unit roofing material 1 are fitted with a cap material and joined together.

This unit roofing material 1 is made to be approximately orthogonal to a structural member 2 such as a beam or a purlin, and is placed on a support 3 of this structural material 2, so that adjacent unit roofing materials 1 in the width direction are fastened or overlapped with each other. The lower folded roof A is constructed by repeating the same steps one after another. At this time, in the case of a fastening type unit roof material 1, it is attached via a hanger 3a. Next, set an appropriate interval (about several centimeters to several tens of centimeters) from the height of this lower folded roof A.
A plurality of supports 4 such as receiving metal fittings are provided on the lower folded roof A so that In the embodiment, the support 4 uses a heat insulating bolt, a heat insulating support, etc. made of a synthetic resin material. A heat insulating material 5 made of foamed synthetic resin, glass wool, asbestos, etc. is laid on the lower folded roof A. This heat insulating material 5 is often wound into a roll or formed into a flat shape and covered with a synthetic resin film or the like. This support 4,

In the present invention, an upper folded roof B is laid above the lower folded roof A at an appropriate interval, and a heat insulating material 5 is filled in the space between the lower folded roof A and the upper folded roof B. In addition, a gable side wrapping material 10 is provided between the gable side parts of the lower folded roof A and the upper folded roof B and the outer surface of the upper part of the gable side wall 6, and the gable side wrapping material 10 is provided inside the gable side wrapping material 10. By continuously filling the heat insulating material 5 with the heat insulating material 11, firstly, the insulation performance on the gable side is superior, secondly, dew condensation on the gable side can be prevented, and thirdly, sound insulation is achieved.
This provides effects such as extremely good soundproofing.

First, an upper folded roof B is laid on the upper side of the lower folded roof A at an appropriate interval, and a heat insulating material 5 is placed between the lower folded roof A and the upper folded roof B.
A gable side wrapping material 10 is provided between the gable side parts of the lower folded roof A and the upper folded roof B and the outer surface of the upper part of the gable side wall 6, and the inside of this gable side wrapping material 10 is filled with By continuously filling the gable-side insulating material 11 into the insulating material 5, the gable-side portion of the lower folded roof A can be configured to be substantially cut off from the outside air due to the presence of the gable-side insulating material 11. Therefore, even at the end of the double roof, the flow-through heat loss to the outside can be significantly reduced, and the heat conduction resistance value can be increased, thereby providing a gable-side insulation structure with extremely excellent heat insulation performance. In particular, the gable side insulation material 11 is filled in the gable side wrapping material 10 so that the gable side insulating material 11 simultaneously covers the upper part of the gable side wall 6 and the gable side of the upper folded roof B and the lower folded roof A. This is fundamentally different from the conventional gable-side insulation structure, and experiments showed that even with such a simple structure, the insulation performance was significantly improved.

又、第2に、下部折版屋根Aの妻側箇所までも

Secondly, by covering the gable side part of the lower folded roof A with the gable side insulating material 11, the gable side part of the lower folded roof A can be substantially cut off from the outside air. By eliminating the cold bridging effect at the gable side, it is possible to prevent dew condensation from forming on the back surface of the lower folded roof A, and to prevent adverse effects on the interior due to falling condensation.

Thirdly, by adopting the gable-side insulation structure with improved insulation performance, it is possible to simultaneously reduce external sounds and noise, and to reduce external noise from the upper folded roof B and the lower folded roof A. It has the advantage of being able to reflect sound and absorbing sound by the insulating structure on its end side, thereby providing extremely good sound insulation and soundproofing. It is particularly effective against sounds and noises from the wife's side.
