(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) However, in the case of the conventional double box structure that can handle both such exposed installation method and recessed installation method, the ratio of exposed installation method is generally Taking into consideration the high cost of the box, creating a double box structure to enable recessed installation would complicate the box structure and increase costs accordingly. Even if it is a recessed installation method, it is desirable that the housing structure be the same box structure.

In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention uses a single box structure for the receiver housing with a door that can be opened and closed on the front. A receiver housing is provided with a built-in decorative frame having a housing receiving portion with a bent end of the support piece and a length that substantially matches the thickness of the receiver housing from the end of the support piece to the surface of the frame body. The receiving board housing is fixedly attached to the recessed box and positioned so as to be fitted into the recessed box and cover the periphery of the opening of the recessed box.

Therefore, when attaching the fire reception panel consisting of the door 1 and the housing body 20 to the embedded box 5, first the embedded decorative frame 10 prepared as an accessory is attached to the housing body 20. Here, a mounting angle 15 is preliminarily attached to the bottom surface of the embedding box 5 on the inner side of the position facing the housing receiving portion 14 of the embedding decorative frame 10. With the embedded decorative frame 10 attached to the housing body 20 in this manner, the fire reception panel consisting of the door 1 and the housing body 20 is fitted into the embedded box 5, and the mounting angle 15 between the housing body 20 and the embedded box 5 is set. The door 1 of the fire receiving panel is opened and then installed and fixed by tightening bolts or the like.

That is, the embedded decorative frame 10 has support pieces 12 extending downward from the inner edges on both sides of the frame body 10a that cover the periphery of the opening of the embedded box 5, and the terminal ends of the support pieces 12 are bent inward in a U-shape. The distance between the tip of the housing receiving part 14 and the frame surface is formed to a length that substantially matches the thickness of the receiver housing.

Next, when installing, for example, if it is an exposed installation method, the embedded decorative frame 10 as an accessory

On the other hand, if you want to use the recessed installation method, use the recessed decorative frame 10 shown in Figures 2 and 3, which is prepared as an accessory, and install it in advance at the construction stage as shown in Figure 1. A housing body 20 of a receiving board with an embedded decorative frame 10 attached is fitted into an embedded box 5 embedded in a wall surface 4, and the periphery of the opening of the embedded box 5 is covered by the frame body 10a.

Here, the housing receiving part 14 formed at the end of the pair of support pieces 12a extending from the frame main body 10a of the embedded decorative frame 10 has a dimension in which the length from its tip to the frame surface corresponds to the thickness of the receiving board. Because of this, the receiving board is positioned with the front surface of the door 1 and the front surface of the frame body 10a substantially aligned, creating a step between it and the embedded decorative frame 10 provided around it. It can be inserted into the embedding box 5 without any trouble.

Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG.
6 is formed in advance, and by means of this arc-shaped attachment hole 16, the vertical and horizontal inclinations of the housing main body 20 and the embedded decorative frame 10 can be adjusted to correct positions.

On the other hand, in order to properly mount and fix in the vertical direction along the wall surface 4 as shown in Fig. 1, for example, install a mounting bolt in the mounting angle 15 and use a double nut to adjust the mounting position in the front and back direction. It is desirable to be able to adjust it.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, the receiver housing uses a single box structure with a door that can be opened and closed on the front, and when installed recessed, it can be extended from the frame body. An embedded decorative frame in which the terminal end of the supporting piece that was previously present is bent and a housing receiving part is provided, the distance from the terminal end of the supporting piece to the surface of the frame body approximately matching the thickness of the front receiver housing. is attached to the receiver housing, fitted into the recessed box, and the frame body covers the periphery of the opening of the recessed box, and is mounted and fixed to the recessed box with positioning by the housing receiving part, Regardless of whether it is an exposed installation method or a recessed installation method, a common housing structure is required, which significantly reduces costs compared to the conventional double box structure. You can prevent the waste of disposal.

In addition, for recessed installation, appropriate recessed installation can be achieved by simply using a recessed decorative frame with a simple structure consisting of a frame body and a housing receiving part bent at the end of a support piece extending from the frame body. Considering that the ratio of recessed installation methods is generally lower than that of exposed installation methods, even if a recessed decorative frame with a simple structure is used, a common housing structure can be used for both exposed and recessed installation methods. Therefore, sufficient cost benefits can be obtained, and overall cost reduction can be achieved.

Furthermore, since the recessed decorative frame used for recessed installation is equipped with a housing holder at one end as a means for positioning with the receiver housing, the receiver can be installed without creating a step between the recessed decorative frame and the receiver housing. The casing can be attached and fixed to the embedded box, making the attachment work easier and making the finished work look good regardless of the level of experience.
