(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a composite vinyl chloride resin material having excellent gas permeability, particularly oxygen gas permeability. (Prior Art) In general, vinyl chloride resins have excellent physical and chemical properties, are resistant to aging, are highly durable, and are inexpensive, so they are used in large quantities in a wide range of fields. However, this resin inherently has low gas permeability, especially when no plasticizer is used, and the oxygen gas permeability is approximately 2.9ml・mm/m 2・atm・24hr (literature value, same below). This value is lower than that of general-purpose resins such as low-density polyethylene (190ml/mm/ m2 /atm/24hr) or high-density polyethylene (27ml/mm/ m2 /atm/24hr). On the other hand, the oxygen gas permeability of a formulation for soft molded products in which dioctyl phthalate (DOP) is blended with a low-molecular plasticizer such as dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is, for example, when 55 parts by weight of DOP is blended with 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride. 309ml・mm/ m2・atm・
It improves considerably like 24 hours. However, this level of value is not only insufficient for applications that require high gas permeability, especially oxygen gas, but the addition of plasticizers also has the problem of bleeding. I'm getting used to it. That is, vinyl chloride resin is widely used for artificial dialysis blood circuits, blood bags, infusion bags, blood sets, infusion sets, catheters, etc., and most of them are made from plasticized soft materials. These medical devices are used to treat diseases by coming into direct contact with the human body in some way, or by coming into contact with blood or transfusions, so if the low-molecular plasticizers contained in them elute, they may cause harm to the human body. may accumulate and have undesirable effects. For this reason, research is progressing into the modification of vinyl chloride resin through formulations that do not use low-molecular plasticizers or other methods, especially for applications in which it comes into direct contact with foods, food materials, pharmaceuticals, medical materials, etc. The two main solutions proposed so far are the development of plasticizer-free vinyl chloride resins through copolymerization and the consideration of formulations that use polymeric plasticizers instead of low-molecular plasticizers. Among these, the use of vinyl chloride-EVA terpolymers belonging to the following is known. However, when this terpolymer is used, the oxygen gas permeability is 25%, for example when 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride is mixed with 125 parts by weight of EVA plasticizer.
ml・mm/m 2・atm・24hr, 191ml・mm/m 2
The problem is that it is lower than that of ATM/24hr, and this problem is the same even when a polymer plasticizer is used. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) For these reasons, it is desired that vinyl chloride resins be modified to avoid the problem of plasticizer bleeding and to have even better oxygen gas permeability. Regarding blood bags, attempts and requests have been made from the standpoint of medicine and transfusion science to maintain the functions of blood components in a state close to their biological state by providing the oxygen required by blood components and removing carbon dioxide gas. There is. (Means for Solving the Problems) As a result of intensive research aimed at solving the above problems, the present inventors have found that the gas permeability, especially the oxygen gas permeability, of vinyl chloride resin can be significantly improved by composite means. Heading The invention has been completed. That is, the present invention contains 50 to 99% by weight of vinyl chloride resin in the molecule.

[Formula] Composite vinyl chloride resin with improved gas permeability, characterized by being composed of a graft copolymer of 1 to 50% by weight of an organosiloxane having a group and 0 to 49% by weight of other monomer compounds Regarding materials, according to the present invention, in formulations using polymeric plasticizers, 1000 to 10000ml・mm/m 2・atm・24hr
In addition to exhibiting high permeability to oxygen gas, it also has excellent permeability to gases such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen, water vapor, and nitrogen; for example, it exhibits permeability for carbon dioxide that is 3 to 7 times higher than the above oxygen gas permeability. This was confirmed. The present invention will be explained in detail below. The organosiloxanes used in the production of the composite vinyl chloride resin material of the present invention are exemplified below. However, in the formula, Me is a methyl group, and R is

[Formula] group and Ph each represent a phenyl group. Siloxane-1: R-Si(OSiMe 3 ) 3 Siloxane-2: Siloxane-3: Siloxane-4: Siloxane-5: Siloxane-6: R-Si [(OSiMe 2 ) 6 OSiMe 3 ] 3 Other monomer compounds include α-olefin, vinyl ether, acrylic ester, vinyl ester, methacrylic ester, maleic ester, and fumaric acid ester. Examples include acid ester, allyl ester, and allyl ether. Graft copolymers can be obtained from these components by polymerization in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator, and the polymerization initiators used for this purpose have conventionally been vinyl chloride or vinyl chloride-based monomers. Any polymerization catalyst may be used as long as it is used in the polymerization of polymer mixtures, and may be selected from, for example, organic peroxide catalysts, azo compound catalysts, redox catalysts, and the like. The graft copolymerization reaction can be carried out by methods such as suspension polymerization, emulsion polymerization, solution polymerization, and bulk polymerization. For example, when using the suspension polymerization method, it is sufficient to follow the usual method of suspension polymerizing vinyl chloride using a polymerization initiator such as an organic peroxide. The time may be 1 to 30 hours. In addition, the organopolysiloxane and other monomer compounds added as necessary can be charged to the polymerization vessel by charging the entire amount from the beginning;
It may be added in several portions or added sequentially until the polymerization rate reaches 50%. The reaction may be carried out in a homogeneous or heterogeneous manner using a suitable medium, or by impregnating the main polymer with the polymerization catalyst as it is or in the form of a solvent solution of the component to be grafted, followed by bulk polymerization. The composite resin material obtained in this way has
Further, if necessary, general compounding agents such as plasticizers, stabilizers, antioxidants, fillers, lubricants, and colorants can be added as appropriate. The composite vinyl chloride resin material according to the present invention achieves gas permeability without deteriorating the physical and chemical properties inherent to the vinyl chloride resin by graft polymerizing an organosiloxane component to the vinyl chloride resin. In particular, it has improved oxygen gas permeability, and can be suitably used for the above-mentioned medical materials, fresh foods, etc. (Examples) Next, specific aspects of the present invention will be explained by giving Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited only to the description of these Examples. In addition, in each example, the following organosiloxanes were used in addition to those mentioned above. However, during the ceremony,
Me represents a methyl group, and Vi represents a vinyl group. Siloxane-A: Siloxane-B: Siloxane-C: Vi-Si (OSiMe 3 ) 3 Siloxane-D: Polymer siloxane-E with a composition of about 25,000 cps (25°C): Example 1: Commercially available polyvinyl chloride (average degree of polymerization: 1300)
350 g Siloxane-1 100 g Siloxane-2 1.5〃 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate 50〃 Benzoyl peroxide 1.0〃 Each of the above components was charged into a four-necked flask with an internal volume of 2, and graft copolymerized at 100°C for 3 hours. When the obtained graft copolymer was extracted with n-hexane, a component estimated to be siloxane-1 was extracted in an amount of 1.5% by weight. In addition, when the graft copolymer was mixed with the same amount of epoxidized soybean oil and kneaded using a 6-inch roll for 10 minutes at a roll temperature of 160°C, this was press-molded at 170°C, resulting in a milky white color with a thickness of 0.5 mm. sheets were obtained. Regarding this, the oxygen gas permeability was measured using a fully automatic gas permeability tester. Example 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2 (Graft copolymerization using different siloxane components) In the same manner as in Example 1, except that the siloxane components shown in Table 1 were used instead of siloxane-1 and siloxane-2. Graft copolymerization was carried out, molded into a sheet, and the oxygen gas permeability was measured. The above results are shown in Table 1.
