ル巻きとされている包装材料が提案されている。(Prior Art) Materials made by laminating paper and plastic film are used as packaging materials for materials that require light shielding such as photosensitive materials, as well as materials that require moisture protection. Plastic film mainly has light-shielding and moisture-proofing functions, and these were made by pasting both paper and plastic film over the entire surface. Rather than attaching them, partially attach them together,
Since it is better to use the bag in a state where both parts are loose, it is better in terms of strength, so bags are made with both parts partially attached. Alternatively, if an automatic packaging machine is used, separate paper and plastic film rolls are prepared, and these rolls are fed out by attaching them to a specially prepared delivery shaft of the automatic bag making machine or automatic packaging machine. When the materials from the rolls are combined, they are partially pasted together to form a bag or package. This means that automatic bag making machines and automatic packaging machines
It is necessary to provide a number of delivery shafts corresponding to the number of each of these materials, and among these materials, the plastic film is pulled out from the roll and overlapped with the paper in a stretched state. After that, plastic film shrinks much more than paper, making it a defective product. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to install an automatic adjustment device for the peripheral speed of plastic film feeding, which leads to an increase in the size and complexity of the automatic bag making machine and automatic packaging machine. In order to solve these problems and further strengthen the composite packaging material, we have developed a method that combines paper with a plastic film having a width narrower than the width of the paper, and a plastic film with the same width as the paper. By bonding only the edges of the paper and the edges of the plastic film so that they are facing each other, both films are kept separate, and both or one of these films is black. A packaging material has been proposed that is light-shielding and is wound entirely in a roll.

ることができ、本考案を得たものである。(Means for solving the problems) In view of these points, as a result of intensive studies and various experiments, we have found a paper suitable for packaging, in order to provide a paper with even higher light-shielding properties and strength. On one side,
A thin piece material made by pasting thermoplastic resin films with a width narrower than the width of the paper, and a thermoplastic resin annular film or a thermoplastic resin multilayer film in which only both ends are joined and the middle part is free.
An intermediate free multilayer film made of thermoplastic resin and having the same width as the paper is stacked so that both films face each other, and only the edges on both sides of the paper and both sides of the intermediate free multilayer film are bonded together. to form a free space between the paper and the film of the thin flake material and in the intermediate free multilayer film, and both or one of these films has a light-shielding property, and the roll is wound into a roll. The purpose can be well achieved by using a rolled composite packaging material, and the present invention has been achieved.

Reference numeral 1 represents paper used for packaging, such as kraft paper. 2 is a thermoplastic resin film, such as a polyethylene film, adhered to one side of the paper 1. This polyethylene film 2 is paper 1
The width is said to be narrower than the width of . 3 is a polyethylene resin as an adhesive for bonding the paper 1 and the polyethylene film 2 together. This paper 1 and polyethylene film 2 are bonded together to form a thin piece material 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes an intermediate free multilayer film, and for example, a cyclic polyethylene film is used. This intermediate free multilayer film 5 is made of paper 1 of thin material 4.
It is said to have the same width. This intermediate free multilayer film 5
and the thin film material 4 are bonded together to obtain a composite packaging material, but at this time, only the both side edges 6 of the thin layer material 4 and the both side edges 7 of the intermediate free multilayer film 5 are bonded. In addition, in order to have a light-shielding property, the film 2 of the flaky material 4 and the intermediate free multilayer film 5 are used.
Either the film and the film are both black, or one of the films is black. This creates a free space 8 between the flake material 4 and the intermediate free multilayer film 5.
However, there is also a free space 9 in the intermediate free multilayer film 5.
A composite packaging material is obtained, which may be rolled.

It is preferable to laminate the annular film 5 with polyethylene resin as a binder. In addition, a paper 1 and a polyethylene film 2 having a width narrower than the width of the paper 1 are pasted together with a polyethylene resin 3 coated on the entire surface of the paper 1, and a thin piece material 4 and an intermediate free multilayer film 5 are superimposed. Both sides of the ears 6
In order to adhere to each other only in the elongated portions along the lines 7 and 7, the polyethylene resin 3 coated on the paper 1 is solidified and loses its tackiness, and then the intermediate loose multilayer film 5 is overlaid, and the thin sheet material 4
The polyethylene resin 3 exposed on both side ear portions 6 may be thermally bonded using the binder. In the above description, the narrow thermoplastic resin film 2 attached to the paper 1 is not limited to a film, but may be a sheet, and its material is not limited to polyethylene, but may be made of other thermoplastic resins. You can. Further, in order to provide light-shielding properties, the thermoplastic resin film and the intermediate free multilayer film in the flake material are not limited to both, and either one may be used.

有する実用的に優れた考案である。(Effects of the invention) As explained in detail above, this invention consists of pasting a thermoplastic resin film narrower than the width of the paper on one side of the paper to create a thin sheet material with enhanced strength, light-shielding properties, and moisture-proofing properties. Since the intermediate free multilayer film is bonded together only at both side edge portions, this composite packaging material has a free space formed between the thin piece material and the middle free multilayer film, and
Since a free space is also formed in the middle free multilayer film, the composite packaging material consists of at least four layers: paper, film, and multilayer film, and has excellent strength, light blocking properties,
In terms of moisture resistance, etc., the composite packaging material proposed earlier has
It consists of three layers: paper, film, and film, and these three layers have a much improved structure compared to when there was only a gap between the thin material and the film attached to it. Despite the aging, the flexibility remained intact and the increase in thickness was not alarming, and this composite packaging material, which was wound into rolls, was submitted to the packaging machine as is. Its flexibility makes it easy to wrap and make bags using an automatic bag making machine, and it is also much stronger than the composite packaging material proposed earlier. Therefore, large bags that can pack larger quantities,
In addition to being able to be used safely for large-volume packaging, the improved light-shielding properties make it possible to safely package items that are sensitive to light.Furthermore, this composite packaging material can be rolled. Therefore, it is a practically excellent idea that has the advantage that it can be used as is without modifying conventional automatic packaging machines and automatic bag making machines.
