Problems to be Solved by the Invention Regarding the above-mentioned conventional conveyor hanger advancement stop device, if the upper pusher is movable, the pusher holder and anti-back may be fixed types, and there is no particular problem on the hanger side. If the upper pusher is fixed, the pusher holder and anti-back on the hanger side must be movable, and the pusher holder and anti-back are separate parts in terms of the structure for detaching from and locking the pusher, and each must be independent. It was said that it could be rotated. As a result, the number of parts increases, and manufacturing costs and assembly costs are also high, and a hanger advancement stop device that integrates a pusher holder and an anti-back is desired.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention integrates a pusher holder and an anti-back, and devises a movable structure.
That is, a free rail is provided directly below and parallel to the power rail on which the power chain runs, and a hanger that can run freely in the free rail engages and disengages with a pusher that is suspended and fixed to the power chain via a dog. The dog is long in the front and back and has an arcuate shape with a high top surface, and is rotatable in a vertical plane via a horizontal dog pin, and the engagement end of the pusher is at the highest position of the top surface. In a trolley conveyor having a recessed receiving groove into which the dog is inserted, the highest position of the mountain height on the upper surface of the dog is provided toward the rear in the power chain running direction, and the dog pin is provided toward the front of the dog, and the highest position of the mountain height on the upper surface of the dog is provided toward the front of the dog. A weight portion is integrally formed in the front end portion located at the front end portion, and the dog is normally rotated by the biasing force of the weight portion to a position where the receiving groove projects upwardly from the hanger to engage the pusher. The end of the dog is held in a position where it can engage with the receiving groove, and the front end of the dog is assembled so as to always protrude forward of the hanger. At the rear end of the stopper that is separate from the hanger or the preceding hanger, a stopping claw extends rearward at a position approximately at the same height as the dog. , a vertical mounting side located at the front, and a lower side that slopes diagonally rearward and downward from the lower end of the mounting side, and is formed in an open U-shape opening toward the rear, and the stopper claw teeth,
When in contact with the front end of the dog, the rear end edge of the upper side comes into contact with the upper surface of the dog behind the dog pin, and the inner surface of the lower side is shaped so as to come into contact with the lower surface of the front end of the dog. The above-mentioned problems can be solved by this configuration.

Operation With the above-described configuration, the engaging end of the pusher and the receiving groove of the dog are always engaged,
When the hanger is advanced as the pusher advances and the hanger is to be stopped, the upper surface of the dog rearward of the dog pin contacts the rear end edge of the upper side of the stopping claw, which is stopped, and the hanger continues to advance. At the same time, the rear edge slides on the upper surface of the dog, and at the same time, the dog is rotated around the dog pin, and the receiving groove of the dog is rotated in a direction away from the engaging end of the advancing pusher, and then the dog is rotated. The lower surface of the front end of the stopper comes into contact with the inner surface of the inclined lower side of the stopper claw, and as the hanger advances, the front end slides on the inner surface of the lower side and is gradually lifted, causing the dog to further rotate, and finally the pusher is completely separated from the dog, and the hanger is stopped at a position where the front end of the dog comes into contact with the attachment side of the stop claw. At this stop position, the highest position of the dog is completely separated downward from the engaging end of the pusher, and while the hanger is stopped, the front end of the dog is moved into an open U-shape formed by the upper side of the stopping claw, the mounting side, and the lower side. Unlike conventional products, the pusher and dog do not come into contact with each other without the use of auxiliary members such as springs, and even when the pusher passes over a stopped hanger one after another. There is no noise caused by contact, no wear and tear, and the installation location remains quiet. Furthermore, when the contact between the stopping pawl and the dog is released due to re-advancement of the preceding hanger, etc., the dog is rotated and held at the normal position again by the biasing force of the weight portion and continues to advance. The hanger is engaged by the coming Pushsha, and the hanger begins to move forward again.

When the dog 5 rotates to the position shown in FIG. 7, that is, the position 5d, the pusher 6 and the pusher receiver 10
The hanger 4, which is completely separated from the pusher 6 and which continues to advance, stops at that position. In this position, the pusher holder 10 and the anti-back 11 of the dog 5 are completely separated from the pusher 6, so they do not come into sliding contact with the pusher 6, and even when many subsequent pushers 6 are moving, the pusher 6 and the anti-back 11 are completely separated from the pusher 6. No abrasion or noise generation occurs at all.

Effects of the invention In this invention, the pusher holder, anti-back, and weight part are integrally formed on the dog, so the number of parts is reduced, the manufacturing cost is lower, and the number of assembly steps is correspondingly reduced, the assembly cost is also lower, and the maintenance cost is reduced. Also, while the hanger is stopped due to rotation of the dog, the dog can reliably disengage from the pusher due to the cooperation of the upper and lower sides of the stopping claw. , the hanger can be stopped reliably, and the front end of the dog is securely held within the open U-shape formed by the upper side, mounting side, and lower side of the stopping claw, so that the hanger cannot swing in the vertical direction, etc. However, the front end of the dog will not come off from the open U-shaped inside of the stopper claw.
Since the pusher holder and anti-back of the dog are located completely below and away from the lower end of the pusher, there is no contact between the dog and the pusher, and many pushers can pass over the stopped hanger one after another. Even when the dog and pusher are in contact with each other, there is no sliding wear between the dog and the pusher, no noise is generated, and it is useful for improving the environment. Due to the biasing force, it is rotated back to the original position where it engages with the pusher,
The engagement between the pusher and the dog is ensured, and the upper side of the stopping claw is shaped like a long horizontal fan, so even if the rails of the trolley conveyor are curved, the engagement between the stopping claw and the dog is easy. The engagement is secure, and even when the rail is on a downward slope, the front end of the dog is securely held within the open U-shape of the stopper claw, so the hanger can be stopped reliably. This has the effect of ensuring that there is no danger of self-propulsion in vain.

A free rail is provided directly below the power rail on which the power chain runs in parallel with the power rail, and a hanger that can run freely in the free rail can engage and disengage from a pusher that is suspended and fixed to the power chain via a dog. The dog is long in the front and back and has an arcuate shape with a high top surface, and is rotatable in a vertical plane via a horizontal dog pin, and the engaging end of the pusher is fitted into the highest position of the top surface. In the trolley conveyor in which a receiving groove is recessed, the highest position of the mountain height on the upper surface of the dog is provided toward the rear in the running direction of the power chain, and the dog pin is provided toward the front of the dog, and the dog pin is located forward of the dog pin. A weight part is integrally formed on the front end of the pusher, and the dog is normally rotated by the urging force of the weight part to a position where the receiving groove projects upwardly from the hanger, and the dog engages with the engagement end of the pusher. The dog is held in a position where it can engage with the receiving groove, and the front end of the dog is assembled so as to always protrude forward of the hanger, and the dog is attached to the hanger located forward of the hanger in the running direction of the power chain. At the rear end of the separate stopper or the preceding hanger, a stopping claw extends rearward at approximately the same height as the dog, and the stopping claw has a long horizontal fan-shaped upper side; It is formed in an open U-shape that opens toward the rear, and consists of a vertical mounting side located at the front and a lower side that slopes diagonally rearward and downward from the lower end of the mounting side, and the stopping claw is When in contact with the front end of the dog, the rear end edge of the upper side comes into contact with the upper surface of the dog behind the dog pin, and the inner surface of the lower side is shaped so as to come into contact with the lower surface of the front end of the dog.
