を有し、内部に挿入されるフツク先端部を上下移
動可能に収容する空間部を有すると共に下部が径
方向外方に延出されて上記甲板等に沿つて接合さ
れる接合部を有してキヤツプ状に形成されたもの
であり、ラツシングワイヤ先端部のフツク部材を
任意の角度でフツク係止具の中心に指向させて安
定したフツク部材とフツク係止具との連結を可能
