本発明はコラム構造材のダイヤフラム接合工法

今日、ビル建築などの鉄骨構造材には専ら角型
コラムが用いられており、該角型コラム1と梁材
2との接合には第1図A,Bに示す如くダイヤフ
ラム3を介して行われるが、これには第2図に示
す如くダイヤフラム3に対し角型コラム1を内方
から当接保持するための裏当金4を予め仮付けし
て置き、これを案内として第3図に示す如く角型
コラム1を嵌入させ、隙間5との間を本溶接6す
るのである。ところで、斯有る従来工法では裏当
金4を別に使用する材料費的な問題の外に、これ
を仮付け溶接する作業上の問題及び角型コラム1
のR部分が製造メーカーや製造時条件などによつ
て精度的なバラツキを持つていることから材料費
高と共に溶接作業が繁雑で作業効率を低下させる
ものとなつている。また、裏当金との間には溶接
時に生ずるスラグが貯留されることから事実上溶
接面の減少となつて強度低下の欠陥となる問題を

本発明では第4図に示す如く角型コラム1の開
先角θを比較的大きく(θ=35゜〜65゜)また長く
取るようにすると共に、該開先端縁部Pをコラム
内方へ向けて3〜15mm程度折曲げ加工を施す。該
折曲げ加工は加圧機による冷間加工、或は加熱成
