Claims (1)
- 寸法が同一の規格サイズ住宅ユニツトを複数組
合わせることにより建てられるユニツト住宅であ
つて、階下用の前記規格サイズ住宅ユニツトの上
に階上用の前記規格サイズ住宅ユニツトを前方へ
突出させて載せ、これらの住宅ユニツトを結合す
るとともに、前記階上用の規格サイズ住宅ユニツ
トの後端部とこの住宅ユニツトの後側に配置され
た住宅ユニツトの前端部とを中間梁で連結したこ
とを特徴とするオーバーハング型ユニツト住宅。
