Users of conventional gas pressure regulators either know when the gas is running out because the gas stops coming out during work, or they notice the decrease in gas from the supply side pressure gauge attached to the gas pressure regulator. As a result, the cylinders were replaced and the supply side was refilled.

Conventionally, if the gas runs out during use, in the case of medical use, the oxygen supply to the patient stops, which can lead to serious life-threatening problems. In addition, in the case of gas cutting, oxygen begins to drop rapidly during cutting, and when the cutting is stopped, product defects occur due to defective cut surfaces. In addition, when transporting live fish, the interruption of oxygen supply led to the death of the fish, causing a big problem.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is designed to sound a horn before stopping oxygen supply to prompt replenishment work.

構造とした。 That is, a part of the main body connected to the supply side of the gas pressure regulator is provided with a hollow piston that protrudes from the valve seat, and the hollow piston is supported by an adjustment spring that counteracts the inlet pressure and comes into contact with the valve seat. A whistle is installed at the discharge port, and the gas released from the valve seat due to the difference between the introduced pressure and the counterbalanced adjustment spring causes a whistle to sound to notify the pressure drop.

By incorporating a device with the above structure into a gas regulator, when the inlet pressure gradually decreases, the hollow piston is pushed against the valve seat and is overcome by the force of the compressed adjustment spring that counteracts the force that was blocking it from the outside air, causing the valve to close. The pressure bond with the seat is released, and the gas is released and diffused into the atmosphere with a whistle.

The gas supplied from the regulator main body 1 is introduced from the A side and enters through the threaded part of the buffer plate 3, the valve seat holder 4, and the valve seat 5.
through the hollow piston 6, and the hollow piston 6
The hollow piston 6 is pushed in the direction of the valve seat 5 by the introduced pressure when it reaches the rear chamber B, but this is overcome by the adjustment spring 7 with an opposing force and is pushed in the direction of the valve seat 5, sealing the gas and sealing it off from the outside air. Ru. To explain the pressure drop with reference to Figure 3, as the pressure decreases as gas is gradually consumed, the hollow piston 6 moves towards the valve seat 5.
The force pushing the adjusting spring 7 in the opposite direction is stronger than the pushing force in the opposite direction, and the hollow piston 6 is separated from the valve seat 5 that was in close contact with it, and the gas passes through the gap between the socket 8 and the hollow piston 6 and reaches the pipe 9. It is released into the atmosphere from the outlet 10 while making a whistle. In order to minimize the amount of gas required to make the whistle 9 sound, the hole 11 that enters the whistle 9 is made with an orifice (φ0.12 mm) to increase the flow velocity and make the whistle 9 sound with a small amount of gas released. are doing. After the whistle 9 sounds and the pressure drop is recognized, the hollow piston 6 moves back and hits the return handle 12 as shown in FIG. After making contact and stopping the noise and supplying gas,
All you have to do is return the return handle 12 to its original position.

During use for each purpose, a whistle is sounded to alert the user before the continuation of the gas supply becomes impossible, gas can be replenished in advance, and measures can be taken in accordance with the intended work, which is extremely effective in eliminating any damage.

ことを特長とする警報装置付きガス圧力調整器。 An alarm device 2 that generates a sound when the gas supply pressure decreases is integrally attached to the gas regulator body 1 and configured to communicate with the gas supply pressure, and the alarm device 2 is provided inside the socket 8. By having the hollow piston 6, when the pressure decreases, the hollow piston 6 moves backward and separates from the valve seat 5, and the gas passes through the whistle 9 and is released into the atmosphere. A gas pressure regulator with an alarm device, characterized in that the hollow piston 6 can be operated back and forth by rotating a return handle 12 that returns the piston 6 to its normal position.
