Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 弁軸をほぼ90度回転させて開閉操作をするバ
ルブであつて、該バルブの弁軸に、該バルブの
内方から外方に向かつて順次、軸封用パツキ
ン、該パツキンの増締め装置、該弁軸の回転範
囲を限定するストツパ装置を上部カバー内に設
け、更に、該弁軸の該上部カバー外の外方先端
部に操作用接続部を形成したことを特徴とする
バルブ。 (2) 該軸封パツキンは、該バルブ内の流体の圧力
によつて密封作用を行う自封式パツキンと、締
付けて密封作用を行わせる締付式パツキンとか
らなる実用新案登録請求範囲第1項記載のバル
ブ。 (3) 該自封式パツキンを該弁軸の軸受部より該バ
ルブの内方側に設け、該締付式パツキンを該弁
軸の該軸受部より該バルブの外方側に設けた実
用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のバルブ。 (4) 該自封式パツキンを該弁軸の該軸受部より該
バルブの内方側及び外方側に設け、これらより
該バルブの外方側に該締付式パツキンを設けた
実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載のバルブ。 (5) 該軸受部にグリスを注入するグリス注入装置
を設けた実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項及び第
4項記載のバルブ。 (6) 該自封式パツキンはOリングである実用新案
登録請求の範囲第2項乃至第5項記載のバル
ブ。 (7) 該増締め装置は、該弁軸に形成した雄ねじ部
に螺合し弛み止め装置を有するナツトと、該ナ
ツトと該締付式パツキンの間に装着した円筒形
のグランドからなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載のバルブ。 (8) 該ナツトと該グランドの間に皿ばねを装着し
た実用新案登録請求の範囲第7項記載のバル
ブ。 (9) 該ナツトの該弛み止め装置は、該ナツトの厚
さ方向のほぼ中央部に弓形に切り割り溝を設
け、該切り割り溝によつて分割した該ナツトの
2つの部分をねじ装置によつて押し広げ又は締
め縮めるようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第
7項及び8項記載のバルブ。 (10) 該ストツパ装置は、該弁軸に軸線方向に直角
に該弁軸を貫通させて装着したピンを該バルブ
の上部カバーの内側に形成した係止部に当接さ
せ、該弁軸をほぼ90度回転させて該バルブを開
閉操作するようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項記載のバルブ。 (11) 該ピンは、該ピンの軸線方向に切断溝を設
けた円筒形のスプリツトピンである実用新案登
録請求の範囲第10項記載のバルブ。 (12) 該操作用接続部は、断面ほぼ正方形の角柱
形である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
バルブ。 (13) 該操作用接続部は、外表面に対向する平行
2平面を形成した円柱形である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載のバルブ。 (14) 該弁軸の軸受部に円筒形の軸受部材を装着
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項乃至6項記
