周縁部における保炎が不十分となつて炎のリフト
が生じたり、また周辺部の保炎用金網が赤熱して
バツクフアイヤを起こしやすい欠点があつた。

金網9を前記炎孔カツプ20上面の炎孔3よりも
内側の位置と前記炎孔カツプ20の側周壁21の
上半部の外面とで溶接固定したことを特徴として
いる。

よつて気化器を一層コンパクト化できると共に着
火待ち時間を短縮させることができる。そして特
に、保炎用の金網を炎孔カツプの上面から側周壁
上半部まで延ばした形で取り付けて、炎孔カツプ
上面の炎孔より内側と前記側周壁上半部とでスポ
ツト溶接して固定しているので、炎孔カツプの上
面周辺で金網を溶接固定する必要がなくなり、よ
つて炎孔をより周辺側に配置して、燃焼半径を大
きくすることができる。即ち炎孔カツプの径を小
さくして燃焼半径を大きくでき、装置のコンパク
ト化が図れる。
