Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、シート状の陽画材及び陰画材を現像
液槽に通すための現像ざらであつて、現像液槽の
上方に、現像液の蒸発をできるだけ少なくするた
めの蓋を取り付け、供給ローラーを、投入口と排
出口に設け、かつ現像ざらの底に、シートの供給
方向とほぼ同じ方向に伸びるリブを設けたものに
関する。
このような現像ざらは、予め決めた寸法に対し
てのみ使用可能である。というのは、シートを１
組のローラーから、別のローラーへ送らなければ
ならないからである。
本考案によると、蓋に投入口を設けてある。
これにより、投入口と排出口のローラーの間隔
が狭い場合にも、現像ざらを使用しうるようにな
つている。
所望により、特別な制御装置を、投入口に設け
てもよい。
〔実施例〕
次に、添付図面を参照して、本考案の実施例を
詳細に説明する。
第１図に示す現像ざらは、シート状の陽画材及
び陰画材を現像液槽に通すためのものである。現
像液槽の上方には、蓋８が取り付けられ、現像液
の蒸発及び酸化をできるだけ少なくしている。
供給ローラー１，２，３，４が、投入口と排出
口の両方に設けられている（第２図参照）。各ロ
ーラー１，２，３，４は、モーターで駆動され、
材料を一定の速度で現像液の中を通過させる。
現像ざらの底にはリブ６，７を設け、写真材が
底に付着しないようにしてある。
現像ざらの長さは、主として所要の現像時間に
よつて決定される。写真材料は、現像液を確実に
撹拌するために、所定の速度で供給される。
問題となるのは、排出口のローラー３，４まで
到達できない小寸のシートである。
本考案は、前述のような現像ざらを、どのよう
にして、小寸、例えばA5サイズの感光材に対し
て使用しうるようにするかという課題の解決を目
的としている。
この目的は、排出口のローラー３，４から離れ
たところで、蓋８に投入口９ａ，９ｂ（第３図参
照）を設けることにより達成できる。これによ
り、シート状の感光材は、排出口のローラー３，
４のところまで到達することができる。
シートが確実に到達するように、特別な制御装
置、例えば突出部を、各投入口９ａ，９ｂと関連
して設けることができる。各投入口９ａ，９ｂで
は、材料の供給は、手で行なわれる。
投入口９ａ，９ｂの他に、シートが蓋８に付着
しないようにするためのリブ１１を設けてもよ
い。
第２図及び第３図に示すように、現像ざらの底
に、表面がざらざらした底部材１２を設けてもよ
い。この底部材１２は、ステンレスであることが
望ましい。
拡散プロセスは、写真材が排出口のローラー
３，４によつて圧縮されてから始まる。
所望により、排出口に、ウエツテイングローラ
ー１４を設け、その一部を、現像液に浸けておい
てもよい。ウエツテイングローラー１４は、排出
口のローラー３，４と当接し、ローラー３，４を
ぬらす。
排出口のローラー３，４からの蒸発とウエツテ
イングローラー１４によつて、現像液槽の温度
は、ほぼ一定に保たれる。
現像ざらを箱形とし、異なる寸法のシート用の
追加の投入口として使用するための特別な蓋を設
ける。
現像ざらは、プラスチツク製であることが望ま
しい。
この現像ざらは、本考案の主旨を逸脱しない範
囲で、様々に変化させて実施することができる。
現像液槽の長さは、180mmであることが望まし
い。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、現像ざらと、その蓋を示す。第２図
は、現像ざらに蓋を取り付けた状態の縦断面図で
ある。第３図は、現像ざらに蓋を取り付けた状態
で、小寸のシートを供給している際の縦断面図で
ある。 １，２，３，４……供給ローラー、６，７，１
１……リブ、８……蓋、９ａ，９ｂ……投入口、
１２……底部材、１３……注入口、１４……ウエ
ツテイングローラー。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シート状の陽画材と陰画材を現像液槽に通す
    ための現像ざらであつて、 現像液槽の上方に、現像液の蒸発をできるだ
    け少なくするための蓋８を取り付け、供給ロー
    ラー１，２，３，４を、投入口と排出口の両方
    に設け、かつ現像ざらの底に、シートの供給方
    向とほぼ同じ方向に伸びるリブ６，７を設け、
    さらに前記蓋８に小寸のシートを供給するため
    の投入口９ａ，９ｂを設けたことを特徴とする
    現像ざら。 (2) 投入口９ａ，９ｂと関連する制御装置を備え
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    (1)項に記載の現像ざら。 (3) 蓋８に現像液の注入口１３を設けてあること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又
    は第(2)項に記載の現像ざら。
