載時に便利なように第1図に示す如く電槽蓋1に
提手部2が一体に形成されたものが使用されてい
る。

ことが考えられるも成形用金型を新たに新調する
ことは費用が増大する等不経済である。更に、成
形した電槽蓋の提手部を切断除去することは加工
費が増大する等の問題がある。

る為になされたもので、新しい成形用金型を新調
することなく、従来の成形用金型に僅かの加工工
作を施すことによつて容易に異なつた使用態様に
使用できる電槽蓋を製造できる成形用金型を提供
することを目的とし、従来の成形用金型に凹形構
造部分を設け、この部分に異なつた所要の入れ子
すなわち交換部品を嵌入装備するようにしたもの
である。

(実施例) 以下この考案の一実施例を図面によつて詳しく
説明する。第1図は従来から成形されている提手
部2が一体に成形された電槽蓋1の斜視図であ
る。第2図は提手部が邪魔な場合に、提手部分の
一部を切断し、残つた基部にロープイを設けた電
槽蓋1の斜視図である。本考案はこの2種類の電
槽蓋を経済的に成形製造しようとするもので、第
3図は第2図のロープを設けた電槽蓋を製造する
場合の成形直後の電槽蓋の正面形状を示し、提手
部2の上湾部2aと提手部基部3の間に切断用ス
リツト部3aが形成されている。4がロープの貫
通孔である。そしてこの切断用スリツト部3aに
より巾狭になつた部分3bを切断して第4図に示
す様に提手部の上湾部2aが切断除去され提手部
基部3のみが残つた電槽蓋1が製造されこれのロ

ロープを設けた電槽蓋が製造されるものである。
第5図は提手部の拡大斜視図でアーチ状に形成さ
れ、第6図の断面図に示す如く複数の凹部が形成
され、中央の貫通部に手を通し上湾部を握つて運
搬するものである。

チ状に突出する複数の突起部9の両端部分に凹形
構造部分12を設け、これに第1図に示される従
来の提手部付きの電槽蓋が成形されるように原形
の完全交換部品11aを嵌入装備したものであ
る。この様にした側面雄金型7を雌上型5と雄下
型6が互いに組み合わされた側面に組み合わせた
状態の断面を第10図に示す。凹形構造部分12
に完全交換部品11a嵌入装備される。この完全
交換部品11aを嵌入装備した場合は雌上型5と
の間に提手部2の成形用空間が形成される。

ている様に成形されるようにしたものである。1

5と雄下型6が互いに組み合わされた側面に組み
合わせた状態の断面を第11図に示す。凹形構造
部分12に不完全交換部品11b嵌入装備されピ
ン13により固定される。この不完全交換部品1
1bを嵌入装備した場合は突出部15と突出部1

た部分3bを切断して提手部2の上湾部2aを除
去し第2図に示す様にロープを取り付けるもので
あるが、提手部の切断は巾狭である為簡単に行う
ことが出来る。

ことなく行えて能率的であり、更に、雌雄金型の
当接結合の際、擦り合わされる部分がなく金型の
損傷が防止される等の効果を奏するものである。
