In recent years, the floor construction method, known as the floor construction method, involves placing a floor base material with legs on a slab base such as concrete, and after adjusting the horizontal level of this floor base material, a surface finishing material, etc. is applied to the floor surface on top of this base material. A construction method for laying timber has been developed. In addition, as a means for laying floor material, there is one described in the specification and drawings of the earlier application No. 140181/1983. This is a floor material in which a male fruit is provided on two longitudinal sides in the center, and a male fruit and a female fruit are provided as a pair on the two longitudinally opposing sides from the left and right. It is designed to be laid down, and actual machining may be performed on the two shorter sides of the central flooring material, which has stamens on two sides.
In that case, both male and female fruits are produced.

However, in the general floor construction method, a floor material B is used which has protrusions 1 for tongue and groove on two adjacent sides and grooves 2 for tongue and groove on the other two sides, as shown in Figure 1. It was common practice to install the At this time, drive nails into the subfloor material diagonally downward from the bases of the protrusions 1 on two adjacent sides of the floor material B laid on the subfloor material, and Fit the groove 2 of the next flooring material B into the strip 1 (at this time, hit the side surface of the flooring material B with a hammer or the like to form a tongue and groove),
Nails are also driven into the protruding strips 1 of this floor material B in the same manner.
In this way, repeat laying → nailing → rabbet (laying) → nailing. Therefore, this type of floor material B is one that is laid in a tongue-and-groove pattern sequentially (in the direction of the arrow) from the end of one side of the subfloor material 4 placed on the slab base 3 made of concrete or the like. However, if this method is used in the case of a large area such as a gymnasium as shown in FIG. 2, the construction must be carried out from one direction, which has the drawback of significantly lengthening the time required. The flooring material described in the specification and drawings of Utility Model Application No. 53-140181 has a flooring material with stamens on two longitudinal sides (this is called "A") in the center, and two adjacent from the left and right. Male fruit on the side, other two adjacent to each other
General flooring materials with female grains on the sides (these are called Otsu) are laid in tongue-and-groove formations, but it does not say that only the flooring materials A should first be laid in vertical rows in the center. Furthermore, after laying the flooring material in a vertical line in the center,
There is also no mention of laying floor material B on the left and right of floor material A, or above or below the floor material B on the left and right sides.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a floor sub-material having level-adjustable support legs on a slab base fitted with a rubber elastic body, and a floor surface material is placed on the sub-floor sub-material. In the laying floor construction method for laying flooring, a flooring material with grooves for tongue and groove on three sides and grooves for tongue and groove on one side is placed approximately on the center surface of the installed subflooring material. Lay the tongue-and-groove floor material vertically across the subfloor material while exposing the tongue-and-groove ridges in the left and right direction and in the direction in which it will be laid, and then lay the tongue-and-groove ridges on two adjacent sides. Having a floor material provided with grooves for tongue and groove on the other two sides, lay the tongue and groove sequentially on the left and right sides of the flooring material, and when laying the tongue and groove, the base of the raised groove for tongue and groove. The nails are driven diagonally downward from the top into the subfloor material and laid in a tongue-and-groove manner.

First, lay the flooring material A vertically in the center of the floor,
By laying the flooring material B for this flooring material A, it is possible to simultaneously lay the flooring material B on both sides of the flooring material A, and to install the flooring materials on the left and right sides of the flooring material A. Since the floor material B can be laid above or below B, that is, it can be laid radially, construction time can be significantly shortened, and the floor surface that should serve as a standard in the center of the floor. Since the materials are laid in precise positions, the entire structure can be laid accurately.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the present invention provides floor material A by longitudinally cutting four sides of the floor material 4 uniformly arranged on a slab 3 of concrete or the like at approximately the center of the material. Spread it all over. At this time, the floor material A is laid down with the rabbeted protrusions 1 exposed on the left and right sides. Convex strip 1 on the side facing groove 2 of floor material A
is being prepared for future installation. Next, as shown in FIG. 5a, the floor material B is laid on the subfloor material (arrows) by sequentially rabbeting the left and right sides of the floor material A. Figure 5b is b- in Figure 5a.
This is an example of a cross section taken along plane b, and this illustration shows an example in which a slat board 5 is fixed on a subfloor material 4, and floor materials A and B are laid on top of this.
As can be seen from this figure, in one area where the subflooring material 4 is installed, the flooring material A is laid in a vertical line approximately in the center, and then the convex strips 1 of the flooring material A are laid on both sides of the area. The concave grooves 2 of the floor material B are matched, and the concave grooves 2 of the floor material B are then laid by repeating this process one after another. In other words, it is possible to lay the flooring material B radially to the left, right, upward or downward from the location of the flooring material A, thereby providing a construction method that significantly shortens the construction time.

Further, Fig. 5c shows another example showing the same cross section as Fig. 5b, in which the flooring materials A and B are laid directly on the subflooring material 4 without using the shingle board 5. It is.

In the above example, the flooring material 4 has support legs 6 whose horizontal level can be adjusted, and a rubber elastic body 7 is fitted to the support legs 6 to provide vibration-proofing and sound-proofing effects. Usually rectangular or square panels (plywood)
Support legs 6 are provided at the four corners of the slab base 3 to form one unit, and these are laid out on the slab base 3. When laying floor materials A and B directly on the sub-floor material 4 laid out in this way, if the floor material A is laid so that each unit of the sub-floor material 4 straddles the adjacent location, There is also no displacement of the flooring material 4. Floor material A
If the floor material B can be laid in an accurate position, the floor material B can also be laid in an accurate position.

In addition, in this construction method, nails are driven diagonally downward into the subfloor material 4 for both floor materials A and B in the same manner as in the conventional method.

As described above, this construction method is extremely effective in shortening the construction time by using flooring material A equipped with special tongue-and-groove ridges. It becomes possible to drive nails into the protrusions of the floor material B to be grooved. That is,
After flooring material A is laid vertically over the subflooring material, flooring material B is laid in grooves on these flooring materials A, so flooring material B is one piece of flooring material. It can be laid radially from the point A to the left and right, upwards or downwards, and the construction time can be shortened. In addition, since all the protrusions of the first floor material A laid are nailed, these floor materials A serve as a reference, and the floor material B laid subsequently can also be placed in the correct position and quickly. It will be installed in
