A large number of rotating rollers are provided around the steel plate except for the upper and lower parts thereof, and a suppression roller is provided at the lower part of the side plate, each pivotally supported between the side plates, and between the two uppermost rotating rollers of each of these rotating rollers. An endless water-passing belt which pivotally supports a squeezing roller and has a multi-divided water absorbing member attached to the outer surface of the lower surface of the squeezing roller and the outer surface of each of the rotating rollers and the pressing roller is provided so that the upper part thereof is flat. A space surrounded by a body plate and each side plate, which are arranged so as to be rotatable and extended and arranged liquid-tight between each side plate along the inside of the many rotating rollers, is used as a water tank. None, furthermore, a drain valve is provided at the lower part of the side plate, a handle is provided protruding from each side plate, and a presser roller is pivotally supported with a water absorbing member sandwiched between the lower part of the squeezing roller, and the presser roller and the pressing roller This is achieved by passing a belt between the

The water absorbed by the water absorbing member 4 can be squeezed out one after another and allowed to naturally flow down to the water receiving tank 7 through the water belt 5 (numerous drainage holes 12) and stored.
Water can be removed from the location E by draining the water to another location.

As a result, the water-absorbing member 4 is not compressed or expanded due to the difference between the inner and outer circumferences, so that the water-absorbing member 4 can rotate smoothly and easily.

The operation is easy and the squeezing action is improved.
