<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a method for sterilizing and deodorizing the inside of shoes for preventing foot odor and preventing and treating athlete's foot, and an insole (insole for shoes) used therein. <Prior Art> Due to changes in lifestyle and people increasingly covering their shoes all day long, the number of people suffering from foot odor and athlete's foot has increased significantly. A wide variety of methods for preventing and treating foot odor and athlete's foot, including folk remedies, have been proposed and tried. Regarding acetic acid, since acetic acid has a bactericidal effect, attempts have been made to use household edible vinegar as a folk remedy. The method is to soak the foot affected by athlete's foot in vinegar and wipe the area around the affected foot with absorbent cotton or gauze soaked in vinegar. However, these methods expose the affected area to an acetic acid atmosphere for a short time, and it is presumed that it is difficult to completely annihilate the bacteria that cause athlete's foot present in the affected area. Furthermore, even if we were able to completely eradicate them, if we cover our previously covered shoes again, the bacteria attached to those shoes will transfer to our feet and multiply again, and if we change our shoes again. However, we must consider that there is an infinite risk of coming into contact with the bacteria that causes athlete's foot at home and in public places. Furthermore, when immersing the foot in vinegar or wiping the affected part of the foot with vinegar, it is impossible to avoid the strong odor of acetic acid, which is a burden to the patient. For the reasons mentioned above, the use of acetic acid to treat athlete's foot is not widely used. Naphthiomate and other more powerful drugs are used in the form of ointments and tinctures. Currently, there is no fully effective treatment for this disease, as it lives not only on the skin surface but also inside the epidermis and under the nails. <Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of the conventional technology.
To provide a method for sterilizing and deodorizing shoes using acetic acid for preventing foot odor and preventing and treating athlete's foot, and an insole for use therein. <Means for Solving the Problem> As a result of intensive studies by the present inventors on effective methods for preventing and treating foot odor and athlete's foot, the present inventors have found that the following methods are effective for preventing foot odor and athlete's foot. It is fundamentally important to create conditions that prevent the growth of bacteria and mold that cause these odors and athlete's foot throughout the interior of shoes, where most of these occur.
In order to create such conditions, we found that it is most effective to use volatile acetic acid and keep the atmosphere weakly acidic, and after further efforts, we arrived at the present invention. That is, in the present invention, from an insole provided with an acetic acid sustained release portion composed of an acetic acid support and an acetic acid semi-permeable membrane covering the acetic acid support, 0.3 to 7 mg/
This invention relates to a method for sterilizing and deodorizing inside shoes, which is characterized by volatilizing acetic acid at a rate of time. In the present invention, it is particularly important to create a sufficient atmosphere of acetic acid inside the shoe, and for this purpose, the amount of acetic acid from the insole is 0.3 to 7 mg/
It needs to be released at the rate of time. When the amount of acetic acid released is less than 0.3 mg/hour, there is little or very little effect on preventing foot odor and athlete's foot.
On the other hand, the greater the amount of acetic acid released, the greater the bactericidal effect; however, as the amount of acetic acid released increases, the strong odor of acetic acid can be felt to the outside of the shoes when worn, and the smell of acetic acid becomes stronger when the shoes are put on. If you put shoes with the insole in them, the entire shoe box will smell like acetic acid.
Another problem is that the metal materials used for shoes and foot boxes become rusty over a long period of time.
Furthermore, eczema and rashes may occur on the feet.
In order to prevent such problems from occurring, the amount of acetic acid generated must be 7 mg/hour or less. This object of the present invention is achieved by providing an acetic acid sustained release portion in at least a portion of the insole. Insoles are typically formed from resin-impregnated nonwoven fabrics or porous plastic sheets. Alternatively, it is formed from a sheet-like material by laminating urethane foam, rubber sponge, etc. with a thickness of 1 to 10 mm and a fiber fabric (woven or knitted fabric or non-woven fabric). The acetic acid sustained release part of the present invention is composed of an acetic acid support and an acetic acid semi-permeable membrane covering it, and this is incorporated into the inside of the insole and passed through the semi-permeable membrane. , gradually releasing acetic acid. Semi-permeable membranes for acetic acid include polyurethane,
Vinyl chloride, silicon, etc. can be used.
As the acetic acid holding body, a sponge, fiber cloth, etc. that can be impregnated and held with acetic acid can be used. The amount of acetic acid released can be controlled by the thickness and type of surface area of the semipermeable membrane, as well as by the concentration of the acetic acid solution as described below. In the present invention, the amount of acetic acid released is within a predetermined amount when worn when walking, exercising, in summer, winter, even when wet with rain, and even after one week to one year of use. Can be done. In particular, it is preferable to use a soft vinyl chloride membrane with a thickness of 10 to 1000 microns as the acetic acid semipermeable membrane. Soft vinyl chloride can control the release of acetic acid depending on its thickness. If the thickness is constant and the composition of the coated acetic acid is constant, the amount released will hardly be affected even if it gets wet with water, so it can be used in the summer. Changes in the amount released when worn even in winter are within an acceptable range, and when used as an insole, it has appropriate strength and flexibility, and is easy to process. If the thickness of the soft vinyl chloride film is less than 10 microns, it becomes difficult to control the amount of acetic acid released, and problems such as the film breaking when worn occur. If the thickness is 1000 microns or more, it will take a long time for the necessary amount of acetic acid to start permeating the insole after wearing it, and the covering will be uncomfortable, which is not preferable. Soft vinyl chloride is molded by adding a plasticizer to polyvinyl chloride, and the type of plasticizer used in commercially available products varies slightly depending on the manufacturer, but there is no major difference in permeability to acetic acid, so you can choose the one you like. can. In the present invention, acetic acid may be used alone, or may be used in combination with water, glycerin, propylene glycol, etc. Such acetic acid can be present in any state in a bag made of an acetic acid semi-permeable membrane, but from the viewpoint of stability when wearing the insole of the present invention, life of the insole, etc. It is preferable to impregnate acetic acid or a mixture thereof into an acetic acid carrier such as a fiber cloth or a nonwoven fabric made of hollow fibers having micropores on its surface.
By impregnating fabrics such as woven or knitted fabrics, the stability and lifespan will be significantly improved. In particular, when hollow fibers having holes penetrating in the circumferential direction are used as microporous hollow fibers, impregnation of acetic acid or its mixture into the hollow portions of the fibers becomes very easy, and the amount of drug retained in the hollow fibers is Therefore, substantially all of the acetic acid or its mixture can be sealed in the hollow part of the hollow fibers, improving the stability, comfort, and lifespan of the insole. I can figure it out. In the insole of the present invention, if activated carbon is included in addition to the acetic acid sustained release part that controls and releases acetic acid, the activated carbon will adsorb the acetic acid that is gradually released at relatively low temperatures when the insole is not worn. It plays a role in reducing the smell of acetic acid and the occurrence of rust due to the acetic acid gas generated. In addition, when the insole is worn and the insole is heated to a temperature close to body temperature, the acetic acid adsorbed to the activated carbon is released, and the deodorizing and antibacterial effect occurs relatively early after the insole is worn. This is preferable. Activated carbon can be incorporated into the insole by, for example, rolling it into a sponge when forming the insole. The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples below. Parts in Examples and Reference Examples indicate parts by weight. Reference example 1 Creation of fabric consisting of hollow fibers 297 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 265 parts of ethylene glycol, 53 parts of sodium 3,5-di(carbomethoxy)benzenesulfonate (11.7 mol% based on dimethyl terephthalate), manganese acetate 0.084 parts of tetrahydrate and 1.22 parts of sodium acetate trihydrate are placed in a glass flask equipped with a rectifying tower, and a transesterification reaction is carried out according to a conventional method. After the theoretical amount of methanol has been distilled off, the reaction product is transferred to a rectifying tower. Add a 56% aqueous solution of orthophosphoric acid as a stabilizer to a flask for polycondensation.
0.090 parts and antimony trioxide as polycondensation catalyst
0.135 part was added, and the mixture was reacted at a temperature of 275°C for 20 minutes under normal pressure and for 15 minutes under a vacuum degree of 30 mmHg. The resulting copolymer had an intrinsic viscosity of 0.405 and a softening point of 200°C. After the reaction was completed, the copolymerized polymer was made into chips according to a conventional method. 15 parts of chips and intrinsic viscosity of this copolymer

After mixing for 2 minutes at 110°C in a nitrogen stream,
After further drying at 150°C for 7 hours, the mixture was melt-kneaded at 290°C using a twin-screw extruder to form chips. This chip had an intrinsic viscosity of 0.520 and a softening point of 262°C. The chips are dried in a conventional manner and placed in a spinneret.
A circular slit of 0.05 mm and a diameter of 0.6 mm with two closed arcuate openings was used and spun according to a conventional method to obtain hollow fibers (hollow fibers) with a ratio of outer diameter to inner diameter of 2:1. rate of 25%). This raw yarn was 300 denier/24 filaments, and was drawn in a conventional manner at a draw ratio of 4.2 times to obtain a multifilament of 71 denier/24 filaments. This multifilament was knitted into a knitted fabric, purified and dried by a conventional method, and then treated with a 1% caustic soda aqueous solution at boiling temperature for 2 hours to achieve an alkali weight loss rate of 15%, a water absorption rate of 3 seconds, and a water absorption rate of 83%. basis weight
A fabric of 250/m 2 was obtained. Incidentally, the water absorption rate and water absorption rate were measured by the following method. (a) Water absorption rate test method (according to JIS-L1018) The above-mentioned fabric was washed 10 times for 30 minutes at 40℃ in a household electric washing machine with a 0.3% aqueous solution of anionic detergent Zabu (manufactured by Kao Soap Co., Ltd.). Repeat this process, then dry the resulting sample horizontally, and drop 1 drop (0.04 cc) of water from a height of 1 cm above the sample.
Measure the time until water is completely absorbed by the sample and reflected light is no longer observed. (b) Water absorption measurement method After soaking the sample obtained by drying the fabric in water for at least 30 minutes,
Dehydrate for minutes. It was calculated from the weight of the dry sample and the weight of the sample after dehydration using the following formula. Water absorption rate = [(Sample weight after dehydration - Dry sample weight) / (Dry sample weight)] × 100 (%) The hollow fibers obtained by the above method are scattered over the entire surface of the hollow fibers and arranged in the fiber direction. However, at least a portion of the fibers were hollow fibers having micropores that penetrated to the hollow portion. Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 2 Acetic acid and propylene glycol (with the composition shown in Table 1) were added to a 5 cm x 5 cm hollow sample cut from the hollow fiber fabric obtained in Reference Example 1. A hollow fiber sample containing this mixture of acetic acid and propylene glycol was impregnated with a mixed solution of PG) so that the absolute amount of acetic acid was 500 mg, and the acetic acid evaporation area after heat sealing was 30 cm 2 (5.5 cm × 5.5cm), both sides were covered with a 200μ thick soft vinyl chloride membrane and the four sides were heat-sealed so that the acetic acid would only evaporate through the membrane. The acetic acid volatilization rate of this sample in a constant temperature bath at 33° C. was as shown in Table 1. Regarding this sample, AATCC (Technical manual)
of the American Association of Textile
Antibacterial properties were evaluated based on the presence or absence of a halo and the size of the inhibition zone according to the halo test of Chemists and Colorists. The results were as shown in Table 1. The test bacteria include A: Staphylococcus (S. aureus),
and B: T. mentagrophytes was used. The odor of the preparation was determined by putting the test preparation into a shoe and smelling it when heated to 33°C.
