Alternatively, tiled roofs are commonly used. Furthermore, in Europe and the United States, stone-based roofing materials such as natural slate and simple roofing materials such as Western tiles such as tile blocks are also used for roofs. However, in areas with a lot of rain such as Japan, roofs made of stone, tile blocks, or other roofing materials have poor rain-shedding performance and are considered unsuitable. However, in recent years, there has been a strong trend toward diversification of roofing materials, and roofing materials such as stone and tile blocks are now in demand for design reasons.

Water may travel along the lower surface (back surface) of the roofing material (1) and enter between these lower surfaces and the upper surface of the protrusion (4), causing a small amount of water to leak into the room from the engagement hole (4). In particular, there was a problem in that when the both side edges of the horizontally adjacent lower roofing materials (1) were connected on the protrusion (4), water could leak from the connected part to the indoor side. . Even if the upper roofing material such as tile block or natural slate is fixed on the protrusion of the lower roofing material using fixing devices such as screws, the screws etc. will not be able to penetrate through the screw holes where the screws fit. It is difficult to prevent water from leaking into the room.

There, rising portions are formed on both left and right edges of the lower roofing base material, and inner and outer engagements that are bent inward and outward in the left and right direction from above the rising portions on one side edge and the other side edge. a raised part is formed on the attachment part of the hanger member, a locking part that bends to one side in the left-right direction is formed from above the raised part, and a recess along the eaves direction is formed in the locking part. forming a groove and fixing a mounting portion of a hanger member on the roof support member;
The rising parts of both the lower roofing materials adjacent in the left and right direction are made to face each other via the standing parts of the hanger members, and both the lower roofing materials are supported on the roof support member, and among the lower roofing materials, The outer engaging part is engaged with the upper and lower parts of the locking part of the hanger member, and the inner and outer engaging parts and the grooves of the locking part are positioned closer to the center in the left-right direction than the rising part of one of the lower roofing materials. furthermore, the upper roofing material is supported on the outer engaging part of the lower roofing material and is fixed to the concave groove part of the hanger member or the part on the opposite side of the upright part from the concave groove. be.

部材上に強固に支持固定できる。In the double roof according to the present invention, a material such as tile blocks that do not have sufficient rain-shedding performance in the overlapping part is used as the single roof material, so that rainwater during storms does not get into the lower part of the upper roof material, that is, on the indoor side. Most of the water that has entered falls onto the recesses between the rising parts on both side edges of the roofing material, flows down to the eaves, and is discharged from the eaves. A small portion of the water that has entered the indoor side is guided between the lower surface of the upper roofing material and the upper surface of the outer engaging part of the lower roofing material and the locking part of the suspender member. The water led between the outer engaging part and the locking part is directed to the rising part of the other sub-roofing material which is adjacent in the left-right direction than the rising part of the other sub-roofing material which is adjacent in the left-right direction. Since it extends from between the rising parts, it is guided to the recess between the rising parts of both lower roofing materials and the groove of the locking part. The water guided to the recess is combined with most of the water mentioned above, and the water guided to the groove of the suspender member falls into the recess when the suspender member is short, and the water is If the material is long, it will be discharged from the eaves. The water guided into the groove does not flow over the raised part of the hanger member that formed this groove and flows out between the raised parts of both lower roofing materials, so the water that is led into the groove does not flow out between the raised parts of the lower roofing material. Water will not get into the fixed part, but
To reliably prevent water from getting wet indoors through an undercoat roofing material without requiring special water leakage prevention means. moreover,
Since the suspension member is thicker than the lower roofing material, by supporting the upper roofing material on the suspension member, it can sufficiently withstand the weight of the upper roofing material, and it can also be fixed with screws at the locking part. The tool can be reliably tightened, and the roofing material can be firmly supported and fixed on the roof support member.

In addition, the remaining water that entered between the lower surface of the upper cover roofing material (11) and the upper surface of the protruding edge (27) of the hanger member (14) is drained directly from the protruding edge (27) and from the fixture (31). It is guided from the penetration part to the recess (17) of the left under-thatch roofing material (12).

A raised part is formed on the mounting part of the member, a locking part is formed on the raised part that bends to one side in the left and right direction, a groove is formed in this locking part along the eave direction, and the hanging part of the hanger member is formed. fixing a mounting part on the roof support member;
Furthermore, the upper roofing material is supported on the outer engaging part of the lower roofing material 7, and is fixed to the concave groove part of the hanger member or the part on the opposite side of the upright part from the concave groove. , the following effects can be obtained.

る。In other words, in the double roof according to the present invention, a material such as tile blocks whose overlapping parts do not have sufficient rain-shedding performance is used as the upper roofing material, so that rainwater during a storm flows under the upper roofing material, that is, on the indoor side. Even if water does enter, most of the water that has entered falls onto the recesses between the rising parts on both sides of the roofing material, flows down to the eaves, and is discharged from the eaves, similar to the conventional method described above. Ru. In addition, a small portion of the water that has entered the indoor side is guided between the lower surface of the upper roofing material and the upper surface of the outer engaging part of the lower roofing material or between the locking part of the hanger member. The water led between these parts is transmitted to the rising part of the other sub-roofing material which is adjacent in the left-right direction and Since it extends from between the two rising parts, it is guided to the recess between the rising parts of both the lower roofing materials and the groove of the locking part. Then, the water guided to the recess is combined with most of the water mentioned above, and the water guided to the groove of the suspender member falls into the recess when the suspender member is short, and the water is If the material is long, it will be discharged from the eaves. The water guided into the groove does not flow over the raised part of the hanger member that formed this groove and flows out between the raised parts of both lower roofing materials, so the water that is led into the groove does not flow out between the raised parts of the lower roofing material. Water will not get into the fixed parts.
Therefore, without taking special leakage prevention measures,
It is possible to reliably prevent water from leaking indoors through the sub-roofing material.

屋根支持部材上に強固に支持固定できる。Furthermore, since the suspension member is thicker than the lower roofing material, by supporting the upper roofing material on the suspension member, it can sufficiently withstand the weight of the upper roofing material, and the locking part can be secured with screws. The fixing tool can be reliably tightened, and the roofing material can be firmly supported and fixed on the roof support member.
