Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily serve tasteful and nice tea by pouring ice water, produced by melting ice by means of hot water, in a container, and filtering leaching liquid of well-steamed tea leaves through a filter removably engaged with the upper end opening part of the container to pour the leaching liquid. CONSTITUTION:A container l made of clear glass is formed such that a vacuum heat insulating layer 4 is formed by bleeding air in a space between container walls 2 and 3, formed in a double of the inside and the outside, and bringing the space into a pressure reducing state of approximate 150mmHg. A pinch of well steamed tea leaves 10 are placed in the container l and ice water 11 is prepared by melting ice by means of hot water and poured in the container l. This way completely causes escape of chlorine for sterilization contained in supply water and prevents a chlorine smell inherent to supply water from smelling. By lightly shaking the container l, the tea component of the well steamed tea leaves is leached in ice water. The interior of the container l under the progress of leaching is kept at 0 deg.C by means of ice. After a lapse of several or several tens minute, the leaching liquid is caused to pass through a filtering cloth 8 of a filter 5 by inclining the container l, and by pouring the liquid in a tea bowl through a pouring port 6, cold tea can be drunk.

Tea is generally made by putting tea leaves in a teapot and pouring boiling water through it to release the infused liquid. However, hot water at a high temperature easily destroys the vitamin C contained in the tea leaves and also reduces the taste, so it has traditionally been the practice to use water at an appropriate temperature depending on the type of tea leaves. Furthermore, depending on the type of tea leaves, it was possible to use water at room temperature, but when tap water was used, there was a problem in that the smell of chlorine remained and spoiled the taste.

In addition, although the manufacturing method is similar to sencha, deep-air tea is steamed to a higher degree and is known to be able to use low-temperature water, but as mentioned above, there is a problem that the chlorine odor remains and spoils the taste. In addition, the tea leaves are smaller than sencha tea, so if you use a regular teapot, the tea leaves can easily pass through the spout and clog the spout, making it inconvenient.

First, to explain the tea making utensils, the transparent glass container 1 shown in Fig. 1 is made to have a reduced pressure of about 150 mHg by removing air between the inside and outside walls 2 and 3, which are thickly formed. By doing so, a vacuum layer 4 is provided. In addition, the filter 5 shown in No. 2 and 1 can be fitted into the attachment/detachment opening 7 in the upper end opening of the container 1, and a pouring roller is formed by notching the inner peripheral edge. A filter cloth 8 of about 80 meshes is stretched around a plastic annular frame 7. Note that 9 is an air hole.

Then, deep-steamed tea leaves 10 are put into the container 1, and ice water 11 is made by not melting the ice with hot water, and this is put into the container 1. In other words, when ice made in a household refrigerator is mixed with hot water and melted to make ice water, the sterilizing chlorine contained in tap water is completely dissipated.
You can avoid the chlorine odor that is characteristic of tap water. Then, the container 1 is gently shaken in the hand to leached the tea components of the deep-steamed tea leaves into the ice water. The inside of container 1 during leaching is occluded with ice.
tL is maintained. Then, after a few minutes, the exudate is passed through the filter cloth 8 of the filter 5 by tilting the container 1, and is poured into a bowl from the juice DG, allowing the user to drink cold rice. In addition, by using such iced water, it is possible to prevent the destruction of the tea leaf tissue and the destruction of 1ξno acids and related substances, 7sunilupic acids, and 0) and 5). Ill. Therefore, the tea can be used several times without changing the tea leaves without losing its taste. After the taste has faded, by steeping it with hot water, the fresh flavor will be restored and you can enjoy delicious tea at a very economical cost. In addition, since the container 1 has a vacuum insulation layer between its walls and has a high #Ii trajectory, the temperature of the ice water 11 is prevented from increasing by 1- even if the leaching takes time. Since the container 1 is made of transparent glass and the inside can be clearly seen, the state of leaching of the ingredients can be clearly judged from the coloring of the ice water 11, and the leaching process can be enjoyed.

Further, since the filter 5 is fitted into the upper opening of the container 1 and can be attached and detached, necessary cleaning can be easily performed even if the container is clogged with tea leaves after use. For this reason, there is no possibility that the spout Q will remain clogged with tea leaves and become unsanitary, unlike the conventional tea cups.
