High-quality finishes lined with some kind of interior material are becoming more common than simple finishes. The exposed concrete surface from which the formwork had been removed had unevenness and misaligned formwork joints, making it difficult to directly apply finishing boards. Therefore, we created a wooden base by assembling wood into cross-sections,
This was lined with boards for surface finishing, and finished with wallpaper, wall cloth, paint, etc.
This method was very convenient in that it could finish the surface of the wood base evenly even if the underlying concrete surface was uneven, but the disadvantage was that it was very laborious, time consuming, and costly. Ta.

に内装仕上げ工事に取掛る場合が多い。 As a method of laying flat boards for surface finishing without assembling a wood base, we use dango, which is made by mixing powders such as kansui stone, silica sand, perlite, vermiculite, etc. with water and using calcined gypsum as the main ingredient. A method of using and enforcing it was considered. In other words, there is a direct laying method in which dango mixed with water are placed on the exposed concrete surface at appropriate intervals, a surface finishing board is applied and pressed from above, and the back of the board crushes the dango and adjusts to the desired height. That's the way to say it. With this method, the surface finishing board can be adjusted to the required height by using the force of the Dango adhering to the concrete surface and the surface of the board, and as the Dango plaster hardens, the facing board is fixed. This is a very convenient and easy method.
Therefore, it has been very popular because it is not only cheaper than the above-mentioned wood-based method, but also works faster and allows the height of the finished surface to be adjusted freely. However, recently, a very serious problem has arisen with this direct-stretching method that uses dango. Modern buildings are no longer constructed slowly and randomly as they were in the past, but rather, interior decoration is completed within a short period of time after concrete is poured in order to shorten the construction period as much as possible, reduce construction costs, and improve profitability. Finishing work is often undertaken.

来た。 In this way, it is said that water will gradually be released and dry over a period of one and a half or two years, so if you attach Dango mixed with water to the surface of the concrete and then lay out a surface finishing board, it will be natural. However, the moisture inside moves toward the surface plate. When the dango near the surface dries, it absorbs moisture from the concrete through capillary action and moves toward the board.
The result is discoloration and mold on the surface of the board. It has become rare to not see discoloration or mold, especially during the plum season, in the summer, or in places with poor ventilation.

問題のダンゴを使用しないものを工夫した。 The Dango used is mixed with water, and there is also a method of adding a fungicide to the Dango, but moldproofing agents are generally quite expensive and are toxic, so it is not recommended to mix them in large quantities. Even if it is effective in preventing mold, it is still very dangerous in terms of hygiene. Therefore, we devised a method that takes advantage of the advantages of the direct-stretching method that uses dango, and that is easy, fast, and inexpensive, and does not use the problematic dango.

Bend it in the direction of the plate and clamp and fix the plate. A large number of engaging claws are cut and raised on the metal plate in contact with the narrow and long splint plate, making it convenient for fixing it to the interior finishing plate. The remaining two legs that are not used to hold the long splints are bent so that they contact the concrete pouring surface on the back side when fixing the interior finishing board to the upper and lower runners and the adjacent interior finishing board. This is then wrapped and fixed with an adhesive containing a large amount of inorganic material. Normally, adhesives shrink significantly when the volatile content is gone, but adhesives that contain a large amount of fillers such as inorganic powder and fibers shrink less even after solidifying, and remain in a state close to their original shape. In addition to the adhesive strength, the filler also allows it to withstand considerably strong compression pressure after solidification.

行くものである。 As described above, the interior finishing board of the present invention has long width splints protruded through auxiliary fittings and is fixed to the upper and lower runners, and the adjacent interior finishing boards are attached to the top and bottom runners. It is a method in which the metal plates are placed on top of a plate and connected one after another, during which time a large amount of filler such as inorganic powder and fibers is added to the legs of the two-part metal plate that protrudes below the long splint. The concrete is coated with an adhesive that is resistant to compression, fixing the concrete pouring surface and the interior finishing board, and is also able to withstand pressure from the wall.

なつたわけである。 With this invention, the interior finishing boards are reinforced with narrow and long splints, making it easy to horizontally join the boards, and the surface of the board is automatically and precisely defined depending on the installation location of the upper and lower runners, and is bonded to the auxiliary metal fittings. The agent solved the problem of warping and reinforcing the center of the board, and unlike the Dango method, there was no need to worry about mold caused by the dry method.

It is bent to the back side of the narrow width long splint 3 and fixed so as to sandwich the narrow width long splint 3. If the narrow long splint plate 3 with the auxiliary metal fittings 8 attached is driven so as to protrude about half from the long side edge of the surface finishing plate 2 as shown in FIGS. The cut and raised convex tool 7 is driven into the back surface of the surface finishing board 2 and fixed. In order to more firmly fix the surface finish plate 2 and the narrow long splint plate 3 serving as a reinforcing material, it is more effective to use an adhesive as appropriate. In this way, the surface finishing board 2 is integrated with the narrow long splint plate 3 through the auxiliary fitting 8, and the interior finishing board 1 is formed as shown in FIG. 3A.

る。 The interior finishing board 1 is constructed by fixing an upper runner 11 and a lower runner 11' to a exposed concrete surface 10 using concrete nails 12, etc., as shown in FIG. That is, the surface finishing plate 2 of the interior finishing plate 1 is adjusted to the dimensions of the upper and lower runners, and the narrow long splint plate 3 attached to this is cut to be slightly shorter than the rising width of the upper and lower runners, and the tatsu pin screws 13 are cut. Fix it to the runners 11, 11' using Next, as shown in Fig. 4, the other end of the adjacent surface finishing board 2 is placed on top of the long splint plate 3 with a narrow width, which is attached so as to protrude about half from the surface finishing board 2, and fixed with adhesive and nails. Attach and fix. Then, the height is adjusted by appropriately bending the tips of the height adjusting feet 5b, which are the bent parts of the auxiliary fittings 8 that contact the exposed concrete surface 10, and using an adhesive containing a large amount of filler such as inorganic powder and fibers. It is wrapped around the height adjustment foot 5b, and the exposed concrete surface 10, the height adjustment foot 5b of the auxiliary material, and the narrow long splint plate 3 are solidified together. When the adhesive containing a large amount of filler as described above dries and hardens, it has relatively little thinning and has a high compressive strength, so that the interior board can be integrated with the concrete frame with sufficient resistance to the external pressure applied to the interior finishing board 1. .
