[Prior Art] Recently, two-component filling compositions consisting of a liquid and a powder have been used to fill in tooth and bone defects and to bond with prosthetics. Examples include those that use methyl methacrylate monomer as a liquid agent with addition of a curing accelerator such as a tertiary amine, and methyl methacrylate polymer as a powder agent with the addition of a catalyst such as benzoyl peroxide. . usually,
In such a filling composition, the two components are mixed immediately before use, then filled into the defect and allowed to harden naturally. The properties (mixing time and uniformity) are poor, and the exothermic temperature during curing is extremely high, which has an adverse effect on living tissue.i3.
There are some drawbacks. On the other hand, α-cyanoacrylate is well known as an instant adhesive, and this compound cures in a short time,
Moreover, it has the characteristic of being able to obtain a strong adhesive force (4), so it is applied in various fields ranging from the technical field to the medical field. For example, in the medical field. Utilizing its strong adhesive strength, α-cyanoacrylate is used for applications such as joining blood vessels and adhering bones. However, α-cyanoacrylate is an extremely reactive substance, so it cannot be used for adhesion. It has problems such as poor operability and difficulty in adjusting curing time.Furthermore, α-alkyl cyanoacrylate, which exhibits such high reactivity, and barium sulfate, titanium oxide, etc. When a filling composition for biological hard tissue consisting of an active inorganic powder is used as a tooth filling material, α-al 4-lucyanoacrylate i- has excellent curability and adhesive properties. However, depending on the type of inorganic powder to be mixed, the reactivity becomes significantly high, and the curing reaction of the filling composition is accelerated during mixing, making it difficult to mix uniformly. As mentioned above, α-al 4-lucyanoacrylate is excellent in terms of curability and adhesiveness, but in a filling composition for biological hard tissues using it, the curing reaction is The problem is that the speed is too fast and the operability is poor, and to date, little is known about methods for solving these problems. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention solves the It is an object of the present invention to provide a filler composition for biological hard tissue that can improve the drawbacks, easily adjust the curing reaction, and has excellent operability during mixing. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention The filling composition for biological hard tissue is characterized by containing α-argyl cyanoacrylate, a basic catalyst, and an inorganic powder whose surface is coated with an inert resin. is suitable for α-alkyl cynoacrylates, basic catalysts and inorganic powders.

■It refers to a functional polymer. In the present invention, since the inorganic powder contained in the filling composition for biological hard tissue is coated with a resin such as JT:xi:, the inorganic powder is α-alkyl anoacrylate! If we use a substance that excessively accelerates the reaction of notes, it is possible to prevent C from coming into direct contact with the a-alkyl cyanoacrylate, and as a result, the rapid curing reaction can be alleviated.
It becomes possible to adjust the reaction rate of the filling composition to an arbitrary rate. Therefore, in the present invention, sufficient operation time can be ensured during mixing, and a uniform paste can be obtained without forming lumps. In the present invention, the resin coated on the surface of the inorganic powder is preferably methyl methacrylate polymer 2-ane anoacrylate polymer Acryldino 1 or the like. On the other hand, as the inorganic powder used in the present invention, it is preferable that it is a fine powder finer than 80 mm, and any biocompatible powder can be used. Typical examples include: Examples include barium, barium sulfate, barium chloride, barium oxide N1, strontium sulfate, strontium chloride, strontium oxide 5, titanium oxide, iron oxide, human 7quin abatite, etc., especially barium sulfate. is preferable because it has X-ray contrast properties.Furthermore 1: In the present invention, inorganic powders such as A
The surface of these inert inorganic powders may be coated with a resin as described above, but it is also possible to use them as they are without coating the surface with a resin. . Note that the method for coating the surface of the active inorganic powder with the resin is not particularly limited, but, for example, a method of growing the resin from the surface of the inorganic powder by suspension polymerization is suitable. Further, the basic catalyst used in the filling composition of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it does not have an adverse effect on living organisms, but preferred ones include dimethyl para-toluidine, dihydroxyethyl valatoluidine, etc. Can be mentioned. - For boat fishing, it is preferable to use such a catalyst by adhering it to the surface of an inorganic powder coated with a resin as described above, especially when an inert inorganic powder not coated with a resin is also used. In this case, it is preferable to use a catalyst directly attached to the surface of such an inorganic powder. On the other hand, the α-alkyl cyanoacrylate used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it does not have an adverse effect on living organisms, and typical examples include α-

When preparing the filling composition for biological hard tissues of the present invention, α
-Alkyl cyanoacrylate 1. The total amount of the basic catalyst and the inorganic powder, at least a part of which is active, is 02 to 8. It is preferable to adjust the proportion to Og, and a particularly preferable range is 1.0 to 3.5 g. The filling composition for biological hard tissue of the present invention obtained as described above exhibits excellent physical properties and biocompatibility at the time when the curing reaction is completed, and is particularly suitable for use in teeth. Examples include supplementing bone defects, bonding with prosthetics, etc. Next, in order to investigate the operability when mixing inorganic powder and α-alkyl cyanoacrylate, as an inorganic powder,
Experimental results are shown for cases in which an inorganic powder whose surface is coated with an inert resin and an inorganic powder before being coated with an inert resin are used. Experimental Example 1 Barium sulfate whose surface was coated with methyl methacrylate polymer (PMMA) and in which the weight ratio of PMMA to barium sulfate was 30 near 0 was prepared as an inorganic powder. The α-alkyl cyanoacrylate used for this purpose was a-isobutyl cyanoacrylate. The operability (mixing time and uniformity) when these components were mixed and used was evaluated by the following method. First, 1 g of α-isobutyl cyanoacrylate was weighed on polyethylene paper, and separately, 2 g of the above inorganic powder was weighed out.
was weighed. Then, mix the weighed ingredients above and mix uniformly with a polyethylene spatula.
The mixing time and uniformity at this time were evaluated. Experimental Examples 2 to 7 Evaluations were conducted in the same manner as in Experimental Example 1, except that inorganic powders listed in the table below were used instead of the inorganic powder in Experimental Example 1. ] The evaluation results of operability in Experimental Examples 1 to 7 are shown in Table 1 below. In addition, in the following table F, those for which sufficient operation time can be obtained for mixing and those that can be mixed into a paste without forming lumps are marked as ○, and those for which sufficient operation time cannot be obtained for mixing, and Those in which a lump was formed by mixing were indicated as ×. Table 1 From the results in the table above, the compositions (Experimental Examples 1 to 3) consisting of inorganic powder whose surface was coated with PMMA and α-isobutyl cyanoacrylate (Experimental Examples 1 to 3) were coated with J, Experimental Examples 4 to 7) 1: Compositions consisting of uncoated inorganic powder and α-isobutyl cyanoacrylate
In comparison, it became clear that the operability during mixing was significantly superior, sufficient operating time was obtained during mixing, and a uniform paste was obtained without forming lumps during mixing. Next, we will discuss the operability of the filling composition for biological hard tissue of the present invention, which includes α-argyrine anoacrylate, a basic catalyst, and an inorganic powder whose surface is coated with an inert resin. The following is a comparison result regarding the operability of a filling composition containing an inorganic powder whose surface is not coated. [Example] Example 1 Jetanol para-toluidine was prepared as a basic catalyst, and after weighing 0.03 g, the t described in Experimental Example 1 was prepared.
2 g of inorganic powder (barium sulfate whose surface was coated with PMMA) and 1-1 g of α-isobutyl 5/anola' 1-1 g were mixed together by the method described in Experimental Example 1, and A filling composition for biological hard tissues of the present invention was prepared, and its operability was evaluated in the same manner as in Experimental Example 1. Example 2 Instead of the inorganic powder of Example 1, the first powder described in Experimental Example 2 was used.
The evaluation was carried out in the same manner as in Example 1, except that an inorganic powder (the surface of which was coated with PMMA or titanium oxide) was used. Except that the inorganic powder (barium sulfate) described in Experimental Example 4 was used instead of the powder.
Operability was evaluated in 4 lines using the same method as in Example 1. Comparative Example 2 Operability was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the inorganic powder (titanium oxide) described in Experimental Example 5 was used instead of the inorganic powder in Example 1. In the filling composition for biological hard tissue of the present invention containing an inorganic powder whose surface is coated with PMMA, as described in Examples 1 and 2 above, the same procedure as in Experimental Examples 1 to 3 described above was carried out. ,
It became clear that the operability during mixing was extremely excellent, sufficient operating time was obtained during mixing, and a uniform paste was obtained without forming lumps during mixing. At time 1 (-), the material exhibited excellent physical properties and biocompatibility, and was particularly suitable for use in filling defects in teeth and bones and bonding prosthesis J. On the other hand, the filling compositions described in Comparative Examples 1 and 2 did not have sufficient operation time for mixing and formed a lump after mixing, making it difficult to use them as filling compositions for biological hard tissue. [Effects of the Invention] In the filling composition for biological hard tissues of the present invention, the curing speed when mixed with α-alkyl cyanoacrylate, basic catalyst, and inorganic powder can be adjusted. Therefore, sufficient mixing time can be obtained, and a uniform paste can be obtained without forming lumps.Furthermore, the filling composition for biological hard tissues of the present invention has excellent physical properties and Due to its biocompatibility, it is suitable for use in biological hard tissue, especially
It is very effective when used to complement missing teeth or bones and to bond with prosthetics. Patent applicant Nissin Co., Ltd.
