産業上の利用分野
本考案は車両等に搭載される変速機のケース構
造に関し、とりわけ、変速機ケースに結合される
他の箱体との間にオイル連通孔が形成されるよう

従来の技術

オークリフトに搭載されている。即ち、この変速
機はギヤトレーンを内蔵する変速機ケースに、デ
イフアレンシヤルギヤを内蔵するデフキヤリアが
一体に結合されるようになつている。そして、前
記変速機ケース内には潤滑用のオイルが注入さ
れ、前記ギヤトレーンの潤滑が行なわれるように
なつているが、該オイルは、変速機ケースとデフ
キヤリア間の隔壁に形成されたオイル連通孔を介
してデフキヤリア内にも導入され、もつてデイフ
アレンシヤルギアの潤滑をも行なうようになつて

考案が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら、かかる従来の変速機のケース構
造にあつては、前述したようにオイル連通孔1が
変速機ケース2、デフキヤリア3の底部2b,3
bに接して形成され、かつパツキング4の開口部
4aが前記オイル連通孔1に沿つた形状となつて
いるため、変速機ケース2、デフキヤリア3間で
摩耗粉の沈澱等により比重が大きくなつた汚れオ
イルが移動し易くなつてしまう。このため、変速
機ケース2、デフキヤリア3のうち汚れオイルの
発生が少ない側のケース内に、汚れオイル中の摩
耗粉が移動され、当該ケース内部品(ギヤトレー
ン又はデイフアレンシヤルギヤ等)の摩耗が促進

記オイル連通孔下側から上方にずらせて形成し、

ヤフトを介して駆動輪を駆動するようになつてい
る。また、22は前記変速機ケース12と前記デ
フキヤリア14間に挟着されるパツキングであ

は、前記ついたて部30に阻止されるため前記オ
イル連通孔24を通過されることは防止される。
このように本実施例においては、フイルタ部材を
用いることなく、異物の通過および汚れオイルの
通過を阻止するため、変速機ケース12又はデフ
キヤリア14のうち一方のケースに発生した異物
落下および多量の摩耗粉が他方のケース内部品に
悪影響(摩耗とか損傷)を与えるのが防止され

とができるので、フイルタ部材を用いることな
く、簡単な構成であつて、実用価値の高い優れた
