Claims (1)
- プランジヤースリーブ内に供給された溶湯をプ
ランジヤーチツプにて金型内のキヤビテイに射出
するダイカスト機の射出装置において、前記プラ
ンジヤースリーブの側壁に注入スリーブの一端を
開口させ、該注入スリーブ内に、内部に注入チツ
プが摺動自在に挿着された補助スリーブを摺動可
能に設けると共に、前記注入スリーブの側壁に給
湯スリーブの一端を開口させてなり、前記注入ス
リーブの開口部を前記プランジヤーチツプが閉塞
すると共に前記補助スリーブが前記給湯スリーブ
の給湯口を閉塞することにより前記補助スリーブ
とプランジヤーチツプおよび注入チツプとで閉空
間を形成して給湯量計測室としたことを特徴とす
るダイカスト機の射出装置。
