A carrier was used in which the two rotary plates were held together so as to be freely rotatable, and the center of both rotary plates was surrounded by a connecting body for holding the connecting rope, and both of the rotary plates were fixed together with their shafts. However, this carrier has two rotating plates and two
The two wire holding spaces constituted by the two guide bodies are closed, and insertion into the wire is only possible at the end of the wire. In other words, the wire holding space cannot be opened because the guide body, which is essential to the construction, is held in place by being fixed with a shaft passing through both sides of the connecting body. Therefore, using such a carrier to extend the OPGW line represented a new effect that had not existed before, but it left room for improvement.

Insert the roller of one guide body of the carrier and place it on the rack.
Place the end of the tow rope on the other lower guide body roller, and similarly ride the next carrier connected by the connecting rope onto the support line from the tie fitting, and then attach the lower guide body of the previous carrier. Place the towing rope coming out of the roller onto the guide body which is also at the lower position, connect the OPGW to the end of the towing rope while arranging it on the line of the introduction part in the same way, and also tow the leading edge of the connecting rope of the carrier. By connecting to the rope in the same way and pulling the towing rope from the final end of the line, the
When the OPGW is held and the first carrier approaches the towing rope support car of the steel tower at the start of the line extension, the metal car is removed and the supporting metal fittings installed on the tower supporting the support line are attached to each carrier. After the group has passed, the group of carriers holding the OPGW by the support line has finished passing over the entire length of the line span, and the support line and towing rope are reversed, and the connecting rope and the support are in the lower position. The carriers, which were supported on the OPGW by winding wire, were also retrieved by crossing the support points of each tower. However, it was difficult to line up a large number of carriers on the line at the introduction section depending on the condition of the extension track. If we were to extend a line for 2,500 m across 6 spans, we would need approximately 170 carriers if we placed them at 15 m intervals, and if the length of each carrier was 40 cm, it would be 70 m even if they were lined up next to each other. It is often impossible to provide an introduction section where the carriers are lined up on power transmission lines that are often located in mountainous areas.

It is something to be solved.

る。 In addition, as shown in Figure 7, the direction of the support line between the lead-in section and the support line between the steel towers in the extension span changes at the starting end of the steel tower, that is, there is a bend of 30° to 40°, so the traction rope is A phenomenon occurs in which the connecting rope between the carriers, which is pulled by The frame came into contact with the support line, damaging the support line, and in some cases, that area acted as a brake, making it impossible to pull the carrier group smoothly. Therefore, in the present invention, the problem is solved by dividing the connecting body into left and right parts around the shaft part so that each part can move up and down.

える工法を述べる。(Example) A predetermined number of fitting grooves 1 which are opened radially toward the circumference from the vicinity of the center of a circle are formed by molding, and the grooves are slid concentrically onto the edges of the sides 2 held by the fitting grooves 1. A dynamic holding portion 5 is provided to constitute two rotary plates. Further, a roller 61 having a groove further provided at the lowest part in the roller groove at both ends in the length direction is fixed to the shaft, and at the bottom of both sides, three sliding holding parts 5 on the adjacent sides 2 of the rotary plates 3 and 4 are attached. Two guide bodies 6 are prepared which are provided with arc-shaped sliding collars 62 of a length that can be engaged at the same time. The sliding collars 62 provided on both guide bodies 6 in an arcuate manner projecting outwards have a shape in which one side has a protrusion perpendicular to the side wall 63 of the guide body 6, and the other side has a protrusion further attached to the protrusion. Assume that it is curved downward at a right angle. This L
The sliding collar 62 with a letter-shaped cross section has a downward protrusion;
In other words, the engagement in the direction of the center of the rotating plate is further added, and the shape of the sliding holding part 5 on the rotating plate corresponds to this, and one piece has a linear fitting groove 41. The other fitting groove 31 is L-shaped toward the center of the rotating plate. The rotating plate having the linear fitting groove 41 is the sliding rotating plate 4, and the other rotating plate having the L-shaped fitting groove 31 is the fixed rotating plate 3. Both rotating plates 3,
The corresponding sliding collars 62 of the two guide bodies 6, 6 are slidably fitted into the sliding holding portion 5 of 4 and fixed by the shaft 7 passing through the center of each rotary plate 3, 4. The two guide bodies 6 are clamped and held so as to be freely rotatable, but in the present invention, as mentioned earlier, the two guide bodies 6 and the shaft 7 are configured by the rotating plates 3 and 4, the two guide bodies 6 held therebetween, and the shaft 7. Two line holding spaces 11,1
In order to make the wire holding spaces 11, 11 openable, a slide rotary plate 4 is provided and the wire holding spaces 11, 11 can be opened by sliding the rotating plate 4 on its shaft 7.
A fixed shaft frame 8 is inserted into a portion of the shaft 7 which passes through the center bearings of both rotary plates 3 and 4 with the two guide bodies 6 sandwiched therebetween, and projects toward the fixed rotary plate 3 side, and is fixed with a nut. This fixed shaft frame 8, which has a U-shaped cross section, has a hinge-type connecting rope stopper lid 81 on the outside of its center.
will be established. The slide rotary plate 4 side is connected to the shaft 7 through a collar 71 as shown in the cross section of FIG.
The slide shaft frame 9 is integrally inserted into the slide shaft frame 9, and the shaft 7 protrudes from the outside of the slide shaft frame 9 by approximately the sliding length. Rotating frames 82 and 92 are pivoted to both ends of both shaft frames 8 and 9, which have a U-shaped cross section that opens toward the outside, so as to be able to move up and down. The angle is controlled to approximately 30° by contacting the upper and lower sides. Rotating frame 8
2 and 92 all have a U-shaped cross section with open portions facing outward, and the slide rotation frame 92 on the slide rotation plate 4 side is linear parallel to the rotation plate 4, allowing for left and right slide rotation. The frame 92 also has a slide knob receiving portion 93 at its tip. The fixed rotating frame 82 on the fixed rotating plate 3 side extends parallel to the rotating plate 3 from the attachment point to the fixed shaft frame 8, bends at a right angle to surround the rotating plate 3, and has a slide bearing part 83 and a connecting rope fixed to its tip. A portion 84 is provided. The slide bearing part 83 has a threaded slide bearing tube 85 fixed inside a rotation frame 82 having a U-shaped cross section, and the slide rotation frame 9
The slide pin 10 inserted through the slide knob receiving part 93 at the tip of the slide pin 1 is screwed onto the slide pin 10.
0 tip is structured so that it does not fall out of the slide bearing tube 85. The slide pin 10 is the slide rotation frame 9
The rotary plate 4 slides on the shaft 7 and both slide pins 10 by turning the slide knob 12 in the direction in which the other end of the slide pin is unscrewed. Moreover, the slide rotation frame 92 connected thereto can slide outward, and as shown in FIG.
The connecting rope fixing part 84, which is opened to allow the insertion of the wire, can be freely opened and closed as a connecting rope pressing lid 87 by means of a hinge 86 provided at the back of the frame 82, with the upper side of the fixed rotating frame 82 having a U-shaped cross section. This is what I did.

る。 First, the slide knob 12 is turned to unscrew the slide pin 10, and the slide rotating plate 4, which is integrated with the slide shaft frame 9, is pulled and slid outward on the shaft 7 and both slide pins 10, 10. Therefore, the two guide bodies 6 are supported in a cantilevered state by the engagement of the sliding collar 62 with the fixed rotary plate 3 and the sliding holding part 5, and one of the two guide bodies 6 is The support wire K is movable upward and housed in the wire holding space 11 formed between the guide body 6 and the shaft 7, and the support wire K is received and mounted on the roller of the guide body 6. Further, the OPGW connected to the towing rope KW is placed and held on the roller 61 of the guide body 6 located at the lower position. Next, the two guide bodies 6 are sandwiched between the rotary plates 3 and 4 by an operation opposite to that for opening the slide, and the wire holding space 11 is closed to complete the setting. Once the first carrier B has been set, the next carrier B connected by the connecting rope R is opened, closed and set in the same manner. As shown in Fig. 9, the connecting rope R uses a braided rope, into which positioning balls R1 are inserted at predetermined intervals, and a screw-type press stopper R2 is fitted onto the connecting rope R1. Connect in the same way at the towing rope KW connection position, receive it at a predetermined interval into the connecting rope fixing part 84 of the carrier B, and fix the fixed rotating frame 82 with a U-shaped cross section.
Pass through the U-shaped inside of the frame, pass through the fixed shaft frame 8 in the same way, open the connecting rope stopper lid 81 to prevent the connecting rope R from falling off in the lateral direction, and attach it to the other end side of the carrier B in the same way. It is. At the connecting rope fixing parts 84 provided at the front and rear ends of the carrier B, press stoppers R2 of the connecting ropes R provided at predetermined intervals are positioned by contacting the end of the U-shaped cross section, and the connecting rope pressing lid 87 is closed to close the pressing stoppers. Preventing movement of R2 and transporter B
A predetermined interval is maintained. As described above, the necessary number of carriers B according to the wire extension span are similarly arranged by holding the OPGW on the guide body 6 roller 61 at the lower position and riding on the inclined support line of the introduction part, The towing rope KW is installed while being gradually wound up from the end of the line.
Towing rope connecting OPGW and connecting rope R
As the KW is wound up from the bottom of the terminal side tower, a continuous group of carriers ascends the introduction section and reaches the tower where the line extension starts, but at this time, the worker on the tower removes the metal wheel C that supports the tow rope KW. However, by winding up the towing rope KW, the first carrier B passes through the support fitting HG while holding the OPGW. When the support fitting HG of the carrier passes, the U-bracket HG1 of the support fitting HG is first received in the fitting groove 1 of the rotating plates 3 and 4, and as the carrier is further pulled, it moves separately from the upper and lower guide bodies 6 and the rotating plate is moved. 3 and 4 rotate by themselves,
The U metal fitting HG1 is pushed out from the fitting groove 1 of both rotary plates 3 and 4 so as to pass through the support metal fitting HG.

のである。 Following this, the support metal fittings HG, which are the support points for each tower, are passed in the same way, and when the first carrier reaches the tower at the end of the line, the tension on the support line K of the old ground line, which is in the upper position, is loosened, and the support line K, which is in the lower position, is loosened. By increasing the tension of OPGW, both lines are reversed, and OPGW is placed in the upper position.
Also, temporarily fix the support line K in the lower position and move the carrier to OPGW.
When the support wire K and the connecting rope R are wound up from under the steel tower at the end of the line while holding the support wire K on the OPGW, the re-stretching of the OPGW and the ground wire is completed.

In other words, in the past, the total length of the line span was
A group of carriers necessary to hold the OPGW at predetermined intervals are inserted from the ground end of the support line and placed on standby, and are placed in order from the top of the lower guide body 6 roller 61 of the carrier near the tower to the rearmost end, that is, the most of the introduction support line. The OPGW was connected to the end of the tow rope KW pulled out onto the roller 61 of the lower guide body 6 of the carrier located near the ground, and the tow rope KW was wound up to be pulled up to the top of the guide body 6 of the first carrier. OPGW such as screw action due to rollers that occur when
It was impossible to prevent damage to the This was a problem that could not be solved unless the wire holding space 11 of the carrier could be opened. However, in the present invention, the rotary plate of the carrier is slid on the shaft to make it possible to open the wire holding space 11. This problem has been solved by making it possible to insert the OPGW from the middle position.

りすることは無くなるものである。 In addition, there are a large number of carriers that are lined up on the lead-in support line, which is inclined from the starting steel tower, and in the case of typical line extensions, even if they are lined up close together, the distance is about 70 to 80m, and the number of carriers that are inserted from the end of the lead-in support line is large. There were many problems in pushing the carriers up the slope. In other words, it was nearly impossible to secure enough length for all the carriers to wait on the lead-in support line on power transmission lines that were often located in mountainous areas.
Since OPGW is wound around a drum, conventional carriers that cannot open the wire holding space had to wait with all the wires inserted. Therefore, a long lead-in part was essential, but during that time the OPGW could be damaged by the frame of the adjacent carrier, or it could be bent due to pressure. The carrier of the present invention can open the line holding space,
Since it is possible to insert from the middle of the support line, OPGW
The traction rope connected to the connecting rope of the carrier can then be wound up and the line extension started at a low speed, while the carrier holding the OPGW can be mounted on the support line, eliminating the need for a long lead-in section. In addition, as another effect, after the support line and OPGW reversed, OPGW became in the upper position.
When recovering a carrier on top of a steel tower, a worker on each tower in the wire span is assigned to select and recover any approaching carrier by winding up the support wire and the connecting rope of the carrier. By doing so, the number of rollers 61 of the guide body 6 that slides on the OPGW will be reduced, and it is possible that the damage to the OPGW caused by the rollers 61 will be reduced even a little, and this recovery will not be performed on each steel tower. However, since collection at the final end of the line can be done from the middle of each line, the work time can be shortened. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 7, the direction of the support line K at the introduction section and the support line K between the steel towers changes at the end of the line extension at the steel tower section, so the connecting rope R between the carriers pulled by the traction rope KW is connected to the support line K. As a result, the front and rear frames of the linear connecting body came into contact with the support line K, and depending on the situation, that part acted as a brake, making it impossible to pull smoothly. In the present invention, the rotating frames 82, 92 are attached to both ends of the shaft frames 8, 9 so as to be movable up and down, and the connecting rope R is passed through the frame, so that the rotating frames 82, 92 at the front in the extending direction is in the pulling direction, and the rear rotating frames 82 and 92 are rotated in a direction parallel to the introduction part support line due to the weight of the following carrier group, and both frames 8
2, 92 will not come into contact with the support line K and act as a brake, or prevent the passage of the support metal fitting HG section provided on the steel tower.
